He was very efficient, and very neat, cleaned up after himself.

Great experience. Very courteous. I gave 4 stars because I had to make an appointment twice before anyone showed.But when they did show they were great.

Came as promised did great work showed all prices upfront did get job...i will use them again.

Their pricing is very confusing. First time I have had to pay for an inspection when I had the work done, Usually the "inspection" is wavered when you have the work. It costs over $700 to have an outside plug activated with a GFS plus and the other plug (which he couldn't make work after installing a new plug and switch). The electrician was very nice and helped all he could. But the pricing is very high.

Mr Sparky was the first to call, that's who I hired!

Electrician was on time, courteous and put on bootys when entering the house. He used his own pad where he drilled so as to not leave a mess.

I had three lights that had the socket replaced I was first understanding it was going to cost about 350 then he said it would be over 900 I called my husband because I was so upset he talked to the man who then took off the fee of 300 just for looking at it and the 49 service fee and it still cost almost 700 dollars I have never felt so ripped off and I had to pay 350 and leave them broke and call someone else and pay another fee for them to come I will never use them are this site again the man called to find out what he could do to help fix this problem the only problem is it cost so much if he had to retire something I would have understood the cost and I was told he would replace the bulb he only replaced one and for that much money he should have it's very sad to feel like you got taken to the cleaners

Rick, the electrician, was great; personable, professional, prompt and precise. He was friendly and helpful. He did a full inspection of the house's electrical system and made a few recommendations, such as installing a total house surge protector and replacing my really old smoke detectors. I'd call Mr. Sparky again in a New York minute.

It took me quite a while to find someone who could replace a couple of light bulbs that had gone out in my 22 ft ceilings. The tech from Mr. Sparky was able to get to come out and get to them quickly. (His great personality was an added bonus.) If needed, I'd definitely call them again without hesitation.
