Punctual appointment, with prior time of arrival notice. Professionally mannered electrical technician who explained the repair/installation/ cost estimates and approximate time required.

Terribly overpriced electrician service. You are on the hook for a minimum of $49 before even getting an estimate, this money is not adjusted even if you have them perform the overpriced service. I was charged $109 plus the $49 bucks for installing a light fixture and for replacing a few wall switches I was quoted $127 per switch. Unbelievable rates, got all 5 switches installed for $180 from another company. I would not recommend this service to anyone, and do shop around before you decide.

We used Mister Sparky to remove an old light fixture, install new recessed lights and replace a faulty GFCI outlet. All work that was done was top quality and the technician was very professional, courteous, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable of the trade. A bit pricey but we ve learned over the years you get what you pay for. It s worth the extra to get the job done right and Mister Sparky delivers.

The tech knew his stuff, made sensible suggestions, and explained everything required for completion of the job.

The first electrician (Brennan) took two days to complete a four-hour job. (They will send inexperienced electricians to your house for quick payment processing, not to meet your service request) I contacted the manager, and he refused to give me a refund. This company is a horrible example of a Franchisee using a brand to create a solid regional business reputation. After spending $5,800 for a panel upgrade I was told that the first electrician misdiagnosed my electrical issue. Get a second opinion before you consider working with this Franchise is Dallas, TX.

Quick response and follow through! Expensive in my opinion. However, it was worth it to me because the exceptional customer service, excellent quality and very efficient use of my time. Explained each step of the way. Used shoe covers to prevent dirt on the floor. Daniel had an Awesome Attitude and smiled the entire time! He even let my dog hang out with him!

Right on time and very professional. Price was a bit on the high-side but Tech was an great advocate for other work that certainly needs to be done.
