Great tech Great fast work More expensive than I thought the job would be

Tech Steven was very friendly knowledgable and prompt.

I had problems sporadic throughout the house and Aaron and Tyler did an awesome job of problem determination. It ended up being an electrical grid problem with coserv. Not not did they call CoServ they also found out my smoke detectors were bad , even though the battery was working . Very informational professional and willing to do things right . I will use them again anytime .

Technician repaired the doorbell, put in a motion sensor on the motion sensor light, and inspected entire electrical system. He suggested some additional work, which was very expensive. The electrician was very competent, but could have done more with the fixtures that were installed. He should have adjusted the motion sensor.

On time, very professional, good recommendations without being pushy.

Quality workmanship; friendly electrician who saw the project through from beginning to end and did not leave until the work was finished. He drove my husband to Lowe's to help him select the kind of outdoor security light we wanted. Had the same serviceman for all the work we had done which we appreciated. Always covered his shoes when in the house. Had one glitch when he was unable to come to work and their very good customer service on the whole did not notify us.

Reasonable wait time...professional, quickly accomplished tasks, stayed till job was done.

Having interviewed 3 electrician service companies I selected Mister Sparky and was fortunate to obtain Steve as the electrician. Thorough, safety focused, pleasant, educates his customers! I will be using them for phase 2 of the project as well!!! Thanks!
