Mister Sparky (DFW)

The job was done very well. Fast service and very professional. I hope to never have electrical problems again but if I do I will call again.

Tech was personable & professional. He explained in detail about options available to fix our outlet issues. I appreciated that he offered options, giving the pros & cons of having/ not having the recommended services, but he didn't try to "sell" me on more than what was needed. One of the operations managers came along for the service call, which impressed me. The only downside--& sadly, it's a big one--is that after the tech left, I did not have internet, cable, or the use of my garage door. Many breakers were tripped as he did troubleshooting, & he did not check to ensure that everything he'd turned off was up & running before he left. Not being an electrical expert, yet being in need of the services that weren't working, I spent a frustrating afternoon on the phone with my husband as I crawled around & did troubleshooting on our systems. I was able to get most systems operating again except for the master bedroom TV; it still had no cable or connection. Mr. Sparky dispatch sent the tech out later that afternoon to recheck & remedy everything. Tech was very apologetic, but I truly feel that after paying almost $400 for services, I shouldn't have had to deal with this frustration of having the remedy leave me in much worse shape than the original issue. Although I feel that some sort of discount should have been given for the troubles caused, I was pleased with their overall customer service & efforts to remedy the complications within the same day of service. I will likely give them another try in the future if I can't locate an individual electrician to do my work, but I can't claim to be a die-hard fan.

Blake did a great job of 'walking' us through options. Once we selected what we wanted done, he was very professional about completing the project. This was our first time using Mister Sparky, and they are at the top of our list of preferred 'pros'.

Five Stars! The company was scheduled for Monday but could not make it due to a power outage in the area. The appointment was rescheduled and the company waived the service fee. The electrician was on time and very professional. The price was fair and I will use them exclusively now. Mark was knowledgeable and even wore the "footies" inside the house to keep from tracking in even though I told him he did not have to do so.

Blake has done more than one project for me and has delivered outstanding results each and every time.
