Dry Force

I was satisfied. This is the second time I used them. It was a big job. There was just an unfortunate something that happened so you just get through it.

They were extremely over priced. I had a plumbing leak in the slab that got a hallway and bedroom carpet wet. They tested all the walls and carpets for moisture and determined the area and then came up with a plan to run a dehumidifier and 3 blowers for 3 days, replace the carpet pad and re-stretch the carpet which was going to be around $1700. I rented blowers from home depot for $25/day and got the rest done for a fraction of their cost.

Technician with plenty of experience and acted too fast. Unfortunately this was not for me.

Excellent. This is the second time I've used DryForce after a water issue in my home, and they were prompt, professional, and fast. they did an excellent job, handled everything with my insurance company automatically, and there were no charges beyond my home owners insurance deductible. Everything was handled perfectly, and when the inevitable water or sewer issue happens again in my old home, I'll be calling them.

I hope people do not need these services for the same reasons that I did, but if so, I would recommend them in a second!

They were knowledgable and super fast. We dealt with them for about 5 days. They tented up our kitchen and had dehumidifiers all over the place getting the moisture out. Very professional.

They responded promptly. Technician was professional and knowledgeable. Helped to mitigate damage.

They did a very good job, and very quickly. The drying took about 3 days and the repairs took about 5 days.

3:30am we had a water filter burst under the sink. 4am I had the water shut off and called Berkeys Plumbing. They highly recommended Dry Force. By 6am Michael from Dry Force was there. He took charge, filed an insurance claim for me (I had to do very little) and explained they would deal directly with my insurance company. The insurance company ok'd the work and he was off and running. All I can say is that Michael did an awesome job. This part cost us nothing. An update on the remodeling. Dry Force also has a remodeling dept. Our insurance adjuster stated she had worked with Dry Force before and they did good job. We were assigned a general contractor by the name of Jason Gloria. We decided to use a general contractor so we would only have to deal with one person. Jason handled setting up the sub-contractors and coordinating the work. The sub-contractors he used were great. Jason was great to work with. He was always available and either answered his phone or returned calls quickly. He handled all issues quickly and efficiently. Yes there were a few glitches but that is to be expected. What I didn't expect was a fairly hassle free experience. Any problems or issues I had, Jason was on top of it and handled it to my satisfaction. I also have to add that one of the sub-contractors Jason used was Aspen Restoration. They were able to save an expensive rug and they removed and stored our furniture while the reconstruction was going on. I have to say that Jimi Droshe and his crew were awesome and at one point went well above and beyond the call of duty.

Dealing with water damage in your home is pretty stressful. Our damage was not nearly as bad as it could have been, but the entire process was a headache because we had plumbing repairs and were displaced from our home. Dry Force was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Every single person that we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. They were the one piece of my whole flooding fiasco that gave me peace of mind and did not stress me out. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring water mitigation services. I hope I never need it again, but if I do, they are the only ones I will call. Note: I haven't commented on cost because I have no idea how these services are typically priced and how Dry Force compares. Although I received copies of the invoice, Dry Force dealt directly with my insurance company for payment.

I read 4 years' worth of their reviews on AL, checked this company's website and was gung-ho to call to schedule for a bid on work related to a pipe that burst in the apartment upstairs, flooding my ceiling, but doing very little real damage, but which still needs to be repaired as I need to rent it. The apartment had been vacant and I found the damage while doing an inspection: the work required is affecting about 250 Sq Ft of ceiling wallboard (warped, stained), with some small mold spotting. I let him know I needed a quote/bid for insurance. As soon as he realized I didn't need active water extraction, he said that he would need to refer me to a restoration company (Olympic Restoration 888-756-5967), all but saying they don't offer restoration services unless they do the water extraction also. "Dry Force will do a FREE no obligation evaluation of any water damage and give you a price. Dry Force has been in business for 6 years and services over 4500 paying customers every year and gives an additional 5000 free no obligation quotes to potential customers every year." (bold emphasis mine) - Who wrote that? Owner/Matt Sands in a comment in AL. That is the quote in it's entirety. I didn't read anything about Fresh water damage, or Current water damage, I read "Any water damage." So, it would appear that they make their money off of the water extraction, not the repair. Which is a shame, because I was a potential customer. Also, to be fair: AL doesn't allow for "Maybe" on whether or not I would use them in the future. Based on those reviews, I would call if I had a need for water extraction.

I ran into problems with the first set of repairs, turns out it was a problem with the project manager. Matt Sands contacted me directly to work out the issue and has fixed everything. That project manager is no longer with them.

They were very prompt and professional.

Dry Force responded within 2 hours of the initial call about a sewage backup into my house. Tony appraised the damage and helped me contact my insurance company to start a claim. Shortly thereafter he had two others join him to remove sheet rock, carpet, etc and start the drying out process. Tony and his crew were personable, professional and made a stressful situation pleasant. While I hope I never need these services again, I'll use Dry Force if I do. I'm not able to rate the price of their service as the cost information has gone directly to my insurance company and, once I do receive the information, won't have anything to compare it to.

Team came out quickly on a Sunday and stayed late til the job was done. Tracking humidity via the sensors is very convenient for the homeowners. All team members were friendly and professional. Would recommend to others.

Dry Force technicians were efficient, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I am very satisfied with the results. I appreciate their very quick response time and attention to making sure that all of the areas impacted by water were addressed.

We had a pipe leak behind the refrigerator which caused extensive damage to the cabinets, walls, and flooring in the kitchen, dining room and family room. We called Dry Force based on a reference from another contractor. The clean up team arrived promptly and they were extremely professional. The leak caused approximately $16,000 in damage and because the clean up team were so knowledgeable and professional we decided to use the restoration side of Dry Force for repairs. Unfortunately the name is the only commonality that the two teams share. While I strongly recommend the clean up team I would risk a terrible DIY before I would ever use or recommend the restoration team. The general contractor lacked sufficient communication skills and was often unreachable causing delays/confusion amongst the sub contractors and causing me, the client, to leave meetings and work to follow up or wait for workers that never showed. I hired a general contractor because I did not have the time to coordinate multiple projects yet I found myself doing so because he was not present to validate schedules, workmanship, or materials. When we able to reach the contractor he made several unprofessional remarks about how he doesn't get paid enough to work on the weekends and evenings. When you operate a business that subcontracts work and those subcontractors work in the evenings and on weekends it seems like good business sense to be available during those times to act as the liaison as you were hired to do. I was out of the country on business and came home to daily messages from Dry Force demanding payment for the remaining balance which was for the granite counters in the kitchen. The amount had been paid in full several months before. Truely disappointed

Plumber (Benjamin Franklin) suggested Dry Force come out to dry out two bathrooms which had water damage from leak. Dry Force had personnel at my home before the plumber had even finished fixing the leak! Emilio was very prompt, professional, and explained all the steps in the process of making sure my home was completely dry and ready for reconstruction. Came out daily to check on machines and progress of drying process. Billed insurance directly. Very courteous. Would definitely contact them if I needed such services again.

Dry Force responded within a short time. Their team of professionals set up fans for 2 days and checked them daily. The insulation was replaced, new base boards were painted and installed. All their work was appreciated.

Had trouble at first with company getting people out to do work but was quickly solved. Work was completed to our satisfaction

I read the reviews online before I called and made an appointment. I read the reviews and most of the bad reviews were over petty things so it did not discourage me from using them. I like how the owner responded to each negative review. I had a pipe burst in my attic. A guy name Mark showed up at the door on time. He was great! He walked us through the whole process. It took them five days to dry the house. This company is very serious about the work they perform. Their supervisor came by and inspected the work. I really liked using them. We treated Mark like he was part of the family. A guy named Brandon stopped by a couple days later and he was great too. I would definitely recommend them. Ask for Mark or Brandon. Allstate covered the $1400 in cost.

I have to say that Dry Force was extremely responsive and arrived within an hour or so of calling. They mobilized and started removing water and assessing the problem areas rapidly. We have no issues in their ability to handle the water extraction and drying process. There was an incident however late in the night (aprox. between 11 pm and midnight). One of their employees had broken a section of our granite countertop. He was very honest about the event and said he had let his supervisor know what had happened. Both the gentlemen and his supervisor apologized and assured me that the countertop would be repaired by Dry force. Pictures were taken of the damage and as It was near midnight I thought nothing more of it and let the workers complete their tasks and I went to bed. After discussing the issue with their manager, Matt Sands, we came to agree upon a resolution and the problem was resolved.

Our plumbers worked on a leak under house in line to fridge (we are on peer and beam) and suggested Dry Force as a water damage company they had worked with successfully. We called them while the leak was being repaired and Emilio was at our home within the hour because he wanted to meet with plumbers before they left. After examining the damage, he explained what his inspection had discovered, told us how he would work with our home owner's insurance, and what the expected drying time would be. He then installed large fans and dehumidifiers in our kitchen and below the house so that as much water could be removed as possible. He also did an excellent job of taping heavy plastic over all the openings to kitchen so that the drying would be as efficient as possible, but we would still have access to our kitchen. All heavy electrical cords to equipment were also taped securely. For 5 days Emilio returned to go under house and check drying progress. Each day he gave us time choices for his visit and he was exactly on time for all 5 days. Someone from the company also called us before his visit to let us know he was about 20 minutes away - double the good work of keeping to the schedule. On the 6th day, Shaun arrived on time to remove the equipment and give us a final update on extent of damages that a restoration company would have to tackle. Every person from this company that we worked with was professional, sympathetic to our plight, and on time. When the job was complete, there was much less damage needing repair than we had anticipated. We highly recommend this company if you have water damage. It is my understanding,that they also work on fire damage. It was so nice not to have a hassle with a company at this stressful time and to have them do what they promised.

We waited all day for a plumber to come repair a leak. So after 15 hours of water leaking in our walls, Dry Force DFW responded the same night within 2 hours of the first call. Their worker quickly went to work evaluting the damages and what needed to be done to start the drying process. He worked with urgency, but did not rush. The worker was considerate and compassionate of our situation. He set up all followup appointments and ensured a field supervisor responded to the location the next day to check the work he had completed. Each day Dry Force personnel showed up as scheduled. There was a miscommunication, but Dry Force Personnel worked quickly to resolved our concerns and address the issue. Dry Force Personnel from the field to the office ensured we were completely satisfied and all concerns reconciled. ALL of Dry Force Personnel at ALL times made us feel like valued customers. Their work is efficient, proffessional and they handle difficult situations in an exceptional manner. During such an emotionally difficult time while my home is in complete disaray, my husband and I feel that Dry Force was the best choice for the job at hand. After all equipment was removed, Dry Force submitted their claim to our insurance company immediately. The paper work was complete and accurate. This was a great help in us moving on to the next step of restoring our home back to where it was prior to the flooding. I NEVER want to go through a flooding and or other situation like this again, However, if by chance we have another flooding incident, I WILL use Dry Force again and recommend them to other people experiencing water damage inside their home.

They came out in a timely manner, looked over the problem area. They advised me every step of the way as to what needed to be done. They were very professional. They came every day on a timely basis to check the floors and walls. Every person I worked with was friendly and punctual. Very happy with them.
