Description of Work: Dry Force was called out through our A/C company to deal with a slow leak that had permeated many rooms. Dry Force was incredibly professional and their equipment was top notch - saved an irreplaceable teak floor. They are a bit expensive, but worth every penny

Description of Work: After extensive rains, a large amount of water accumulated underneath a pier and beam duplex. DryForce pumped out all of the water, checked for mold and treated it, put in large fans to dry it out. Because of the amount of water and the length of time it was there due to continuous rains, some of the subflooring of the structure was wet as well. They also put fans inside the home to dry from above. The process took about a week, but Dry Force did a good job, and there have been no signs of further damage or mold. They were very prompt after we called them and always came when they said they would come. They also stood by their estimate of cost and did not try to add further expense to the job.

Description of Work: They dried my home after a plumbing leak. They were very thorough, not moving their equipment until everything was completely dry. They arranged for someone to repair the wall and do the finish work. It looked better when they left than when I first had the room remodeled. Terrific job!

Description of Work: When they pulled the baseboard in the bathrooms, instead of scoring the caulk, they just pulled the baseboard off, and tore paper on the sheetrock above the baseboards.

Description of Work: Cleaned up from a broken pipe in kitchen ceiling. Dried out walls and ceilings until moisture levels were normal.

Description of Work: Repaired water damage from leaky plumbing fixture and pulled up floor in utility room spreading into kitchen and bathroom. The repairs for damage from water was good but the reconstruction of those areas such as new floor coverings and painting of walls and trim was not professional.I don't remember about the cost. Insurance paid a big part of it.

Description of Work: Dry Force was recommended to us by a plumber we found on Angie's List. THey came out to dry an area after a water leak was discovered. They VERY quickly began ripping out carpet and cutting out drywall, insisting that it had to be done to prevent further water damage. They then used a very high pressure tactic to get us to sign all sorts of waivers saying they were necessary so they could talk to the insurance company on our behalf. Two days later we began being harrased by a separate department within the company insisting that we had agreed to let them do all of the work necessary to rebuild our shower (the soruce of the water leak.) They refused to provide any references, samples of their work, or price estimates. Huge bait and switch operation. Avoid at all cost!!!

Description of Work: The one technician was great. However, he was the only person sent. Even the best needs a second set of eyes to see what might be missed. |Well, he didn't have the right blade to cut through paneling, didn't check the floor or wall behind refrigerator and almost a month later we found water had ran under the flooring and set in the walls & cabinets!! They pick and choose if they will help you depending on your insurance provider because they make cuts everywhere. I had to replace an entire kitchen because of them.

Description of Work: Cost reflects insurance deductible. Overall price of services was between 9 and $10,000. Dry Force performed both the dry out after a water heater broke and the recarpeting drywall and painting. All that work was actually performed by subcontractors, but a supervisor checked in. There were minor problems with that work, but Dry Force responded to our complaints, including one that showed up a month after the work was performed. On a couple of occasions it was difficult to get in contact with the appropriate supervisor, but we were eventually able to speak with the right person and the company responded in a timely manner after that.

Description of Work: Both of our toilets overflowed. There was water damage in our master bathroom and bedroom. They came right out and cleaned the mess up, leaving some huge fans to help dry the areas. What a lifesaver!

Description of Work: We had a toilet overflow. We felt that it was pretty minor and no serious damage had happened. We are glad we called Dry force to double check our assessment. They came out and it ended up there was a lot of water damage that was unseen. They came out promptly, did what was needed, mediated with insurance and dried out the home. My wife felt very comfortable with everyone who entered our home from this company.
