Description of Work: Performed drying services following overflow of toilet from 2nd floor to 1st. The service was good, but the billing was questionable at best. Get a written estimate before using them. Lots of excess charges for things like gloves, shoe covers, trip charges and hauling (of one bag of sheetrock). Very aggressive colections team while awaiting insurance payment. They adjusted our bill only after disputing some of the padded charges.

Description of Work: One of our hot water heaters went out and we had water in our master BR closet and hall way in front of water heater. They set up heaters and blowers to get everything dried out. The process took about 4 days. The two gentlemen we dealt with (Freddie and Sean) were very professional and answered all the questions we had about the process. Would use them again and would recommend them.

Description of Work: We had our water tank that was upstairs let go and caused damage to the ceiling below and the flooring in the hall where the water tank was located. |They were there within hours and did a wonderful job of completely on the work. Payments were made my insurance.
