This is a follow-up to my review dated 7/12/2015. Based on my original review, ChemDry contacted me and offered to come out and re-clean the areas I was concerned about free of charge. They arrived during the scheduled time frame. I explained to Josh my concerns with spots that still remained. He examined the spots and offered to either re-clean just the spots or re-clean all the rooms. I told him I just wanted the spots treated. The guys that came out the first time to clean the carpet apparently did not do any pre-treating of the stains. Josh pretreated the areas and re-cleaned them. He was able to remove most of the stains. The carpet in my bedroom is a little more worn than the rest of the carpets so they did not come as clean.
I appreciate ChemDry coming out and re-cleaning the carpet to my satisfaction. I don't think most companies would have bothered. Josh was very professional and told me if the stains returned that they would come out again and try a different stain treatment if I was still not satisfied. So far the stains have not returned. Thank you and I appreciate the follow-up.
