Hurst TV & Appliance

The service is outstanding. They also came to our house this year to repair the washer, dryer and dishwasher. We stopped buying from a leading big box store and started buying from them because they give better service.

They're a good office. I like them. It seems like it cost me less than $100. I thought they were friendly and helpful. I don't think they overcharged. I thought what they charged was fair and I liked dealing with them. I'd go back anytime I had an appliance issue. I have recommended them for other people. They'd do either house calls or appliance taken to them. But I'm cheap, so I took the appliance to them. They got it done real quick. They didn't have any trouble doing it. They were quick. The front office staff and repair people were great. They were good.

They do a good job. I have used them for years for a number of different things and they always have been excellent.

The service was great. They went the extra mile. I talked to the sales man on the phone, and he gave me so much information, that I had the stove delivered without going into the store myself. He sent somebody out to look at a hole in the ceiling that I had from an old stove. The salesman that I talked to on the phone was very very nice.

There was no charge because it fell under the extended warranty. It was good and they were very polite. They were very efficient and professional.

The work turned out perfect. In March of 2013, I called for repair on my washing machine, and they were fabulous. He came out and he told me that he didn't know what that was, but by doing one thing, it had stopped. He told me it was a seal. I said that I hate the washing machine and I would buy it. He talked me out of it, and he told me that I should continue using that washing machine until it failed. He did not charge me a service fee, because he said he didn't do anything. I used it for another year, and it did not fail, but it got a leak on it. I went back based on that experience to buy a washing machine. Everybody was nice, and liked working. I had a question and I stopped by there, and they called me by name. That was good customer service. I would highly recommend them. The honesty and customer service stands out.

It was great. It was a good deal and a lot less than a new TV. They have been around for quite some time and they have always done quality work. Every time we've used them, they have been very reasonable and very good.

They are not the cheapest people, but they are really good. They will set things up for me and I can get them right away. I think they have very fair prices. If people want to find sale prices they probably need to go to a big box store. But if they want very fair prices and good service some place like Hurst TV & Appliance is great. A lot of times you can get a washer same day or next day. It depends on when they can get somebody to deliver it and hooked up. It would take a week to 10 days at a big box store. They also will tell me some little tricks with it, like what I need to do to put the soap in first and then put in the water and then wait to put some clothes in when it starts to fill. My roommate also decided to buy a television from them and they came and set everything up and programmed the VCR. It did cost some money to do that.

The work turned out wonderful. They are great. They know what they are doing, they have good prices on everything and they take care of your product. They are there when you need them, they are prompt and they don't take a long time fixing things. It is the best place to go, I believe.

They did a good job. The price was also reasonable. We took it to them, since it was cheaper that way. The oven was ready when they said it would be and they were efficient.

The experience has been wonderful any time we have dealt with them. They have been here in Hurst forever. It is family owned. I am sure their price was reasonable.

They are wonderful and the work turned out very well. We have moved now, but we regularly used them as we had needs. When we lived in their area they were our go-to people whenever we needed repairs on anything. We also may have bought some appliances from them as well. They are kind of a wonderful, little home town place there with real helpful people.

If we asked questions, they always gave straight answers.

They were fantastic. We have bought appliances from them for several years. The only thing is that the options are limited. I think they have a special relationship with GE and they sell all GE appliances. But their maintenance people are just the best. The prices are fair and they give honest opinions. We have used them for refrigerator and dishwasher. It is the best place to go if you like GE products and their customer service is very good. But, if you want a wider range of options, then they are not the best.

Their price was fair and reasonable. I like it and that is why we keep going back. My interaction with them was good and the items I bought are working out good.

They were great. We've gone back to them for 10 years. They are a family owned well established appliance place. They are not much on looks but the service is excellent. It is an old, old place that has never been renovated. It is old and established. We have never been disappointed and we have used them for several things. They don't put on a hard sell; they tell us like it is. They tell us everything upfront and there are no surprises. They are not cheap but they are not necessarily top of the line either. They are reasonable and they don't gouge. We very definitely would use them again.

I was very satisfied. She was going to throw it away and I had it repaired. It worked from 2001 until I got the big screen in 2008. I've used them several times. Anytime I had a problem, I always took my TVs to them. I would definitely use them again.
