Carpet Connection

It was terrible. We had to have a separate mediation. They are a terrible company to do business with, very close to being fraudulent. It was several years ago. I would never do business with them again. I couldn't recommend them. They misrepresented, we asked for a replacement of a similar type of pad that we had, which was a very thick pad. They gave a quotation on it and then they came in and gave a very thin cheap pad and then they claimed, "Oh no, that was never part of the deal." So we had the entire closet area of about 50 square feet that they measured and then when they came back to put it in, they didn't have that in there at all. It was in the quotes that we compared to everyone else and then everything was changed for lesser benefit for the customer. The young man was the son of the owner that was doing all that and he was very nasty to deal with. He was dishonest and did not tell the truth. The quality was terrible. We're going to have to redo it now. Everything about the experience of dealing with him was bad. What they delivered was not what was quoted.

It was fine. It was a long time ago, we already removed the carpet, and replaced it with hardwood floors. It was good.

The installation was contracted out. They had very good guys install the carpet and we were completely satisfied with the purchase and service we received.

Most of the work was planned and coordinated by phone. They also had to coordinate their work around painters we had also scheduled. All work was done exactly as requested. We couldn't have been more satisfied.

Excellent. I was totally satisfied both times. Installing crew was professional, did an excellent job, and completely cleaned up the mess!

The job was a step above. They did what they needed to in a timely manner and in budget. A true pleasure to have worked with them.

The experience was mostly really good. We did a home addition and the company was really good at the order. We ended up in kind of a crunch with multiple contractors here at the same time trying to finish up because the project was about two weeks behind and we had to finish. The lead installer was not a great team player as far as working with and around the other contractors. But he did great work. On his own the carpet stuff was good. The ownership of the store apologized later that he'd made things a little difficult. The carpet itself has been good quality and the workmanship to lay it has been good quality as well.

They did a good job. The price was reasonable. They had to re-do a little area that somebody messed up on. I might use them use them again however, I am not going to be using anymore carpets. I probably wouldn't use them again because I think that I could get a better deal somewhere else.

This is the second time I used the company. The first time I was happy with the service so I hired them again. The installation of tile is unsatisfactory. The flooring they installed does not butt up again the walls. They didn't caulk at all. The workers could not get out of here quick enough. I would not recommend them.

They were excellent. They have like a hole-in-the-wall kind of a place but when you walk in, it’s got beautiful stuff inside, and I told them that, I told them that your outside doesn’t match the inside of this door at all. They worked with me on the timelines and it was great. They were really good about that. They brought enough equipment and did it all in a day. They came in and were gone. The people that they hired were very friendly. It was real nice. I felt safe with them in my home. I would definitely use them again. They were really good in pricing; I checked around too. My floor is just beautiful now.

Rug on schedule. Installed. All went well.

Never got contacted from this site or message that was left and were in the midst of getting several bids on approx. 2100 sq ft of upscale carpeting and 3 baths and a mudroom in tiling. Went with Lowes who came in with low bid.

Darrell was very helpful in providing us with information regarding types of flooring and making a decision regarding what would work for us. The removal of the old carpet and the installation of the new carpet was completed without any problems. The installers were very nice and did a good job. The price of the job was very reasonable.

We started the job with a big box retailer and the entire process, experience and results were horrible. We had the big box retailer come out and remove the flooring and then we went to Carpet Connections. Darryl at Carpet Connections help me select flooring that was perfect for my home and had it ordered and in stock within one day. His installers were on time every day, courteous, and respectful of my home. They did a fantastic job and my floors are amazing! They also made me a custom area rug for one of my rooms. And, Carpet Connections did the job for about $9000 less than the big box retailer! I will ALWAYS use Carpet Connections for my flooring needs!

They are fantastic. They gave us a quote, then two weeks later they called us back with a lower quote! They are very quick. They come out when they said they would. They are more like a friend to you than a contractor. They are very friendly.

I went back to them feeling confident, but it was a different outcome this time. There was a problem with flooring in the two baths and with the seams in the carpet in the den and living room. I was told I must be mistaken about the flooring and the seems in the carpet would even out over time. I went there and I called; the owner would never talk to me. The salesperson said he did not understand why he would not call, but it has been 10 years and no phone call.

The work turned out good. He was thorough and he did a good job. The quality was great as well. They were very professional.

It was a very good experience. They did a great job. Don was very good at coming out and measuring everything on time. They have a wide variety of options to select from. Their work ethic is very good and they were very helpful. I needed something different and they were able to accommodate me accordingly.

It was the first wood floor that I’d ever had. It’s an actual store and the prices at the time were very good. They helped me select an appropriate floor. They made recommendations based on the fact that I had told them that I wasn’t going to stay here forever. They showed up on time. The work was very clean. They explained that there was a dip in the floor and there was only that much that could do with it. As I went along, they let me know what they could deal with and what they couldn’t deal with. There were no games played. They finished on time and just like they had told me. The floor has held up very nicely. I spent $3000 with the materials. They did what they said and their price was competitive at that time. I don’t know the current prices. They moved all the stuff in and out. They did a nice, clean job. I had no complaints about them whatsoever. I would like the floors to be cheaper, but wood is wood. I would use them again in the future.
