I emailed Zack for an estimate to remove sod in my front yard. After a couple of emails, he came by to give me a quote. He was able to save some of the sod so I could reuse it in my back yard, and was very careful around the existing trees. He finished everything in one day and hauled off what couldn't be reused. My yard and driveway looked great when he was done.

Zack was very cooperative with my schedule because we had to reschedule twice due to conflicts I had. He was very accommodating and he and his crew did an excellent job. I intend to use them handle all future maintenance of my yard. I would highly recommend Zack's Landscape and Lawn.

The service was performed well. My husband loves our garden and has not (until Zack Landscaping) let a professional firm help him with it. However he has become very busy at work and therefore can not dedicate the necessary time to maintain it all. The team did a very good job.

The price he gave me over the phone was very good. They came and serviced two housed of mine. The job was done as promised. Edging was nice, shrubs were trimmed nice the grass was a different problem. His guys left trimmings all over the lawn which made burnt spots in my lawn. I called Zack and he said he was not able to be here and would talk to his guys. The next cutting 2 weeks later the grass looked like they ripped the tops off and the entire lawn was brown. I called Zack again and told him he had to sharpen his blades or something and I wanted the grass taller. He said he would talk to his guys. Next cutting a week later same problem. Zack told me that his machine was not able to go high enough and he would need to use a push mower. He said that his guys might not have enough time to do my lawns this way? Next cut same browned out lawn. He told me that I had a fungus issue. ( I don't) I have now cut the lawn myself for two weeks with a push mower and both lawns are back to perfect green and look great. He did NOT charge me a penny when I told him I was not longer going to use his company. I hope you have better luck with his service. He is a nice guy.

Everything went great. Zach was easy to get in touch with and very professional. He came to both houses and sent us a quote within 48 hours. His quote was very fair for the work provided. Scheduling was very convenient and everything was completed within one day - amazing! His crew cleaned out the weeds, etc. from our old backyard and added mulch for a fresh look. Also trimmed the bushes, made huge improvements on the yard. At our new home, Zach used some of our existing plants in different areas of the yard and also dug up and replaced some of the old plants. They placed mulch in this yard as well, as we requested. I am so happy with the work they did and would highly recommend Zack and his company to anyone needing landscaping done.

Zack was very professional and punctual. He went above and beyond my expectations. The grass is doing very well and the plants are thriving. Zack was very knowledgeable about the process and guided me thoroughly in how to take care of my new backyard. He even planted some flowers in the front yard for me with no extra charge. I will definitely use his services when we buy our new home.

Did a great job. Zack took the time to provide a quote and later follow up with the work. Was very patient with us (as we knew very little about this stuff) and he took the time to explain the options we had and then executed the work. The yard looks completely different (for the better) and we are very satisfied. The creativity was great and we plan to use him for future work.

I called the provider last week and left a detailed message requesting lawn service and a quote. I have not received a return call. His website lacks a full phone number or any other way to contact him. I can only find contact info on Angie's List. Poor customer service.

Nick was great!!! He or his crew came on time each day. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. If Nick had a question he waited to call my husband after he got off of work. He also waited at my house until my husband got off so that he could go over everything with him. Nick was very polite and eager to make sure we were happy with the job. I am so glad that we found him and would highly recommend him.

Were responsive and on time. Did a good job of cutting the lawn, trimming bushes etc.

They have provided exceptional service but have even gone beyond what was expected which is what compelled me to write this review now! Not only did Zack respond to a last minute request to come on a week where my service was not scheduled, he and his crew cleaned up several piles of leaves that I did not get to bagging myself. I don't plan on making a habit of this but for someone who is new to yard work, I was in serious pain after bagging what I could and I can't tell you how much I appreciated it! They always leave the yard AND the pool immaculate. Yes! They even clean up debris that may have fallen into the pool during the clean up! Outstanding service, highly recommend!

Zack Nino is the only landscaper I would ever use. He takes care of my dog Georges when the crew is working and even resets the security system at the house. The work is always perfectly done week after week for six years now. Zack is very knowledgable about plants, as well as irrigation systems. I never worry about my yard and everything always looks great. And most importantly, communication is never a problem with Zack. The yard maintainance fee is consistently $40.00 each week. The fees for landscape design and patio creation vary with each job.

The work was excellent but the weather was not. It was incredible to watch the progress of the project each day that they were able to work but the torrential rain extended this project by about 7 days. Zach was in constant communication everyday, including those when they had to call off which was much appreciated. From the start we had a tricky project because there is so easy way to the backyard and his crew was forced to wheelbarrow and then bucket all of the supplies. I am not sure if that factored in to the estimate but it really didn't seem to hold them back. Once we had finalized the design, Zach sent us over to the stone yard to pick our pavers from a decent sized selection. I had not thought there would be such variety and now I am glad he had us go. We ended up picking one of the more expensive stone and it was worth every penny. Besides the days of rain, everything else seemed to go smoothly. Zach was very flexible and allowed us to change our landscaping designs multiple times during construction. A few exisiting plants were smushed while they were hauling materials and Zach replaced them before we had even noticed. As an extra, he had his crew trim up our very large palm trees in front too. Overall, we are very pleased and would certainly recommend Zach and his crew. His estimate was towards the higher end but it was worth every penny and we will be calling him for all of our future projects too.

Excellent! Zack and his crew continue to uphold the same standard of excellence we've always experienced with them. They went above and beyond, even trimming additional trees that were scraping the roof and replacing bulbs in our landscaping lights. We use Zack regularly for yard maintenance and will continue to call on him for any special projects. He and his crew are detail-oriented, efficient and fairly priced. Fantastic results every time! He is busy, especially as word gets out about his work, but he will call you back. He's worth any wait!

We sent an email request for quote on renovating landscaping in the front, but did not receive any response. We were disappointed, since Zack's was the highest rated landscaper on Angie's List. If they're too busy to at say they are not interested, then we presume they are also too busy to pay attention what they are doing. We will not ask for a price when we redo the back yard.

They never responded to our messages.

I contacted Zack's after reading all of the great reviews.The initial conversation was fine. I spoke to Zack, and he was polite and professional. We discussed what type of work we wanted done, and set an appointment for Saturday, March 31 at 10:00 a.m. at my home. No one arrived at the scheduled appointment time, and after two hours of waiting and unanswered follow-up calls, we finally gave up hope that anyone would show up. I left a message asking someone to call me on Monday so we could reschedule. Sometimes things come up, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt, figuring all the reviews here must have merit, and Zack was very nice during our one conversation. However, no one called back to reschedule, so I left one last message to try to reach them, which also went unanswered. I understand that quality landscapers are usually very busy, and I would have completely understood had Zack's indicated that they wouldn't be able to take our job. A returned phone call is all it would have taken for this to go smoothly. Neglecting to show up for an appointment and to return subsequent phone calls is simply unprofessional, and I'm amazed that they didn't take this very simple step. They may have done fantastic work for those that have actually used them, but I cannot recommend them based on my experience. Reliability is a must for any contractor.

If you are too busy to take on more work, provide potential customers the curtesy of a return phone call at a minimum.

Overall my experience has been poor due to not being able to contact anyone.

Did not receive even the courtesy of a reply. It is his loss. I am planning on spending a considerable amount of money.

Zack showed up on time and provided a very professional service. His communication was excellent and his work was amazing.

He is knowledgeable and does a good job. He's also reliable. He cuts the grass, edges, pull weeds, move plants and does some design work.
