Excellent work and a pleasant bid process. Wilder himself showed up and offered a competitive bid, but the warranty was better than anyone else. Also, the crew repaired the roof and chimney better than prior to the damage. Very open communication was appreciated.

Wilder Construction did an amazing job and completed the project early. I will definitely be contacting them for any additional exterior projects for my home!

Very professional team. Mr. Wilder Sanchez responded to the request for an estimate. He walked home with us and listened to our concerns. He offers three solutions to our needs without pressure to use his service. When we notified of the acceptance of his bid, he arrived with the team, introduced the lead person, and rewalked home to be sure of what was to be done. Very punctual and team members were always courteous and considerate of property. Daily clean-up and completed the job a day early. The project included replacement of the entire back of the home and garage with Hardi plank, matching and patched roof (house & garage), replaced rotten trim and siding, pressure washed home, and painted. They did a complete walk around the home with us on completion. Beautiful job! I would definitely use his service for other projects in the future and highly recommend to others!

I hired Wilder Construction to repair trim and paint my house. His quote was within my budget and he held to it. He and his crew are professional and courteous. And they cleaned up before they left each day. He also offers other services. I will definitely hire him again as need arises and highly recommend them.

Wilder Construction was responsive, on time, and worked diligently. They cleaned the entire exterior of the house (brick and siding), replaced lower panels with Hardiboard, sealed all windows, painted exterior, and cleaned up completely. My house looks like new! We will look to Wilder again as work may be needed.

The team did a very good job painting/replacing rotten wood siding on my house and garage. Quoted 7 days...took 6. Re-did anything I was not happy with. Very nice crew. I would hire them again....and happy to be a reference.

They were very prompt. So far I am very happy. Since the roof repair we had a heavy rain Yesterday and seems to be holding pretty good.
