Description of Work: We were preparing for out of town guests and hired this 3 person cleaning crew. They worked for 3 hours. The crew was thorough and made a big difference. Would use again.

Description of Work: My crew from Westside Maids comes to my home weekly and is a huge help to me at a fair price. I like having the same crew each time. They always call to confirm and let me know the approximate time the crew will at my home. They are usually prompt, and if they are running late I usually receive a call. If any changes to the schedule are needed I just have to call and am always accommodated in a pleasant manner. I find the ladies trustworthy and nice, and they are respectful of my property. I do feel there is a bit too much emphasis on getting the job done quickly (they are admirably fast and efficient!), but certain cleaning tasks that I consider routine, such as cleaning the vent hood, are often omitted. But in all fairness, I should simply call and let them know. Tammy, the owner, runs a tight ship and I admire her for that. I heartily recommend this cleaning service. I have tried others in the past, and they are the best I have found. I also like working with a professional company rather than an individual, so that's another benefit prospective clients might consider. They handle all taxes, bonding, paperwork, and so forth, which I find helpful. They use all-green products (much-appreciated!), and my house smells wonderful when they are finished--in less than one hour.
