I contacted Victor's Exteriors a few months ago to get a quote on a siding/canopy project. Marty came out. Great guy and I could tell very knowledgeable on construction. He helped come up with a solution for replacing some rotten siding on the back of our garage and adding a canopy. Long story short, the quote was much higher than either of us expected as it was going to require some electrical work (since the drop was on the back of the garage). I explained that this was out of our budget and asked that he give me a quote for a slimmed-down project (i.e. no canopy, siding repair only). I never heard back from them.In their defense I know it went from a decent project to a "small potatoes" job for them. Additionally Marty had invested a fair amount of time already with getting feedback from the electrician and other crew members. Still, I was disappointed that I never heard back, even if it was just to say that they were no longer interested in the project. I was impressed however with Marty and his crew, so I think if the job is big enough these guys would likely do a good job, but again I'm just disappointed that we never heard back from them. I do understand people get busy.

No stress...everything was managed perfectly.

The same day Victor's crew came to begin stripping off the old siding, Lowe's delivered all of the supplies. This was a quiet bunch, only a few workers; one spoke excellent English. They cleaned up the area each day before they left. The garage also was part of this deal. We've had this house, originally a model home (surprisingly because the builder used some inferior materials) since 1996 so it was time that a few things were replaced. Our old siding was made of some type of composite material that started unraveling and soaking up rainwater like a sponge. We chose Hardie Plank because of it's 50-year guarantee, it looks good, and it has a solid look and feel. We didn't change colors; we kept the same white that was originally there but the new siding had to be painted. They used a spray painter, uh, thing which saved them a LOT of time and looks good. They also caulked everything they installed. The only surprise was with the garage. They took off all of the old siding AND the lining that goes under it. It was black. The new lining is white and since it shows through the wood 2 by 4's, it brightens up the whole inside! The downside was that we didn't expect all of the things hanging up on the inside of the garage to end up on the floor when they were nailing the new siding on! They picked up some of it, and it wasn't a big deal -- just unexpected and funny. The new siding looks great and now we're ready for other projects!

Floyd Lopez, Sales Represetative, was professional, curteous, knowledgeable, and on time. He listened to me describe what I needed, and then walked around the house, at my request, to look for other things that might need attention, since his company does more than windows. Overall it was a good experience from start to finish. Floyd was responsive when I called. I believe they would have done a good job for me if I had used them.

I was very impressed with them. I liked the guy’s sincerity and how was going to take care of my needs here at my house. He was a good promotional person for Lowe’s. He said that the material was going to come from Lowe’s and he was Lowe’s subcontractor. I just liked his demeanor. He was sincere and trustworthy. I felt very secured that he would not do a shoddy job. I’m going to give him a B because I did not use him. He was here when he said he was going to be here. I would consider working with him in the future.

It was all done on time at the quoted price. A very professional job and absolutely no mess left when they finished.

Using Angie's List, I got estimates from three (3) "A" rated companies to do my siding, roof, and gutters. I chose Victor's Exteriors because of their straight forward estimates and knowledgable & friendly people. When I called to inform Victor's that I had chosen them to do all the work, they had a crew out 2 days later to start on the siding. Once the siding was semi-finished and the eaves painted, the roofers came and did our roof in 1 day! The siding workers returned the day after the roof was done and finished up the job along with the gutter installation. Everyone working on either the siding, roof, or gutters earned every penny of their pay. These guys were focused on doing the best job possible and our home is the result of their efforts. They cleaned up all their equipment at the end of each day and got right back into it early each morning. Victor's workers were at our home a total of seven and a half (7.5) days; that's all it took to transform our worn out home into the perfect speciman it is today. Working with Victor's Exteriors was a great experience an I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing exterior work done to their home.

They were very professional in providing a quote, and provided the quote via email, which I prefer. I will call them to quote next time I need work done.

It is a cut and dry job. They measured and gave me a number right on the spot. Also they brought their tile men in for their input. Having their time men their impressed me. They came on time and called me when they were close. They competent and polite too.

They did an efficient job. I did not have any qualms with them. They did an average job. I don't remember much about the experience. I have since sold that home.

Excellent job overall, we are very happy. Jesse was in touch through the whole process and was available anytime for questions day or night. Estimate process went very well and the team did a great job explaining what they would do and were very attentive to what I wanted. They started on a Monday and finished the next Monday, dodging thunderstorms throughout the week. Each day, they covered the area they were working on to protect it from rain. Once the job was complete, Jesse called to set up a time to come by to review all the work with me and make sure I was happy with the job. They were very professional, courteous and reliable. We would be happy to use them again and probably will on some upcoming work.

They were very punctual, came out within 24 hours of my phone call and they were very thorough. They sent a very professional looking estimate in a timely manner. They seemed very nice and easy to work with so far.

"Victor's outsourced the gutter installation. One of the downspouts was not straight, so I called Victor's and the owner came out, checked it, and had the installer come back and correct it. I was impressed with Victor's responsiveness in taking care of the problem.

The job went perfect. The crew was punctual and worked to very high standards. The work took about 2 weeks and every day the crew cleaned and packed all the materials so that after 6 pm, we were able to use the driveway and backyard for the kids and/or visitors. They were also very careful about not leaving any old nails behind on the driveway or any tools or materials that could hurt our pets or kids while the crew was away. The final results were fantastic, we were very pleased with the outstanding customer service and response from the company to every one of our requests. We would highly recommend them (and have done so) to our friends.

Very good, this company offered the most competitive cost and schedule, and the quality of the work was good. They scheduled and completed the work promptly, and followed up afterwards to inspect the work and ask if I had any issues.

Our house is on stilts because it's near the water. It just isn't easy to paint a two-story house on stilts. We were really pleased with them. There were contractors at the office whom we had issues with, but all of Victor's staff members were good.

Edgar and his crew displayed exceptional craftsmanship installing the new siding on my house. Prior to putting up siding, Tyvek weather barrier was installed between the framing and new siding. All windows were carefully taped off for a complete moisture seal. The siding cuts and siding installation were precise and expertly done. They even made recommendations for changing size for some of the window trim on my bay windows and it does look much better. They also did an excellent job of caulking the whole project, masking and painting. The crew was conscientious, hard working, on time and did a very good job of cleaning up at the end of every day. I was on site during the entire project and watched and inspected the work in progress. They were perfectionists and I could not be more pleased with the final result. The house looks great. Outstanding quality of work!

They came out quickly and gave us a bid. In their cover letter, it detailed all we discussed. However in the actual contract, they omitted several items. When we brought it to their attention, they said it was a standard cover letter used in all their proposals. Seemed like a bait and switch job to us.

First bid (at $7500) was way too high for the job, the salesman told me he was going to have another framer review the job and submit a new bid. Second bid was $2000 less, but was still way too high. Even though I liked the saleman, I could not justify that as a reason to do a job that only cost me $2500 with another contractor.

They were excellent because they were prompt on the estimate and on starting. The only hold up we had was the week of rain that held them back a little bit. Overall they did a wonderful job. They were all very nice.

They were excellent. They were always on time when they came. There was good communication skills between the two of us. We trusted them to do what they said they would. If anything was not right, it was not a problem for them to change it.

It took them about 6 weeks to do the job. This was because of weather and other small issues that were not caused by them. We were okay with the time it was finished in because we were moving from another state and were not going to be in the house until after the work was done. The contractors did clean up well after they were finished. I was very happy with everything.

It took the crew about a week to do all the work, and we feel they did everything well. They were detail oriented and did a good work on the trim and around the windows. We liked the workers and they used the best quality paint. They left things clean afterwards.
