Above and beyond my expectations

I would like to say that this is the first time that I have used this company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that I know in need of HVAC and insulation replacement/ repairs. They work with you from the beginning to the end. They throughly inspect and review the entire process with you from start to finish.

They did a very good job at a very reasonable price and cleaned up and did it in a timely fashion

Tom fixed my gas log fireplace very quickly as well as cleaning the glass! Highly recommend!

They came out on time as planned and did the service at agreed price.

Technician that came out was very polite and explained explained everything clearly. My only knock was that they had to clean out my ports b/c apparently spiders like to get in there. So I assumed something like that was included in the $200 basic service I paid for.

Tom was our service man. He was very professional . Easy to work with and knew what he was doing. A breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this company.

It was a great service . My fire place was fixed in no time and they were easy to communicate and flexible.

The Tech, Edgar and his partner, Alex were very professional and Edgar explained everything very well before any work was done. He also showed me pictures and video of the problem area's and what needed to be done. While I do think it was a tad overpriced to have the work done along with the cleaning, it was convenient and it meant getting a better job so I went ahead with the repairs and the cleaning. I am not sorry I did. I will recommend them. Thank you!

USA Supreme Air was hired to clean and inspect our chimney. They were very thorough, quick, and professional. They even used a drone to inspect the outside part of the chimney.

They were on time. They knew the problem right away. And they fixed it and gave me some good advice to prevent it in the future.

Thomas was honest and transparent and taught me about the key upkeep recommendations for the future.

Was contacted soon after request to set up appointment. Appointment made within a week which was great! Technician called 30 mins prior to arrival and was actually early which is always a blessing. Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Would certainly recommend USA Supreme Air, LLC!

They charge 129$ just for the visit. The technician came checked the fireplace for less than 5 min said it needs a valve and its going to cost 600$. The next day I called a different company and bought the same valve for 130$.
