I had them quote on repairing the outdoor fireplace. They were extremely high. I reviewed the pricing on the replacement burner and cover with the actual manufacturer, and it was significantly higher than what the manufacturer was selling it for.

Horrible accidental squirrel death in our chimney. Absolutely excellent customer service! Biggest pros: Personable, good communication with office and in person staff, and payment installations.

We had a squirrel stuck in our chimney and it was important that somebody come out as soon as possible. They showed up same day and within a few hours of my initial call. They managed to get the squirrel out of the chimney without agitating the animal and installed a cover to prevent it from happening again.

They worked quickly and as quietly as reasonable. The only problem was the second part of job wasn't completed on the same day. Reason given for this was acceptable.

They did an amazing job to address the emergent repair and getting it all fixed and up to safety standards. They are fair and honest have went out of their way to get me a good deal while doing great work.

They did a very good job. I had hired them to clean out my ducts. When they came to do the job, I discovered my ducts were in too bad a shape. My house is 51 years old and the ducts were never changed. They proceeded to install new ducts the next day and were very professional. I can tell the difference in the coolness of my house!! I am sure I will see a reduction in my light bill.

Shaul and his team were prompt and very professional. They explained to me in detail the science behind the proceedures they were performing. (I had to replace and repair air ducts due to mold) These guy are not only professional and efficient but they are also physically tough. They performed the duct replacement and repairs from my attic in 100 degree July heat in Conroe, Texas. (Houston area) I was very impressed by this crew. I would recommend them to anyone.
