Project: Remove some brick at the top of the chimney, install concrete cover, install chimney cap, and clean fireplace. Prompt, courteous, and professional. The quote from USA Supreme Air was a bit higher than another vendor, but I chose them because of the quality of the service and amount of experience they have. When they came for a quote, Tom explained what the job would entail, the pros/cons of different options, showed me pictures of other jobs they recently completed, and answered basic questions about operating the fireplace. On project day, some brick fell and damaged a tree branch. Seemed inevitable. Tom informed me and very apologetic about it. I appreciated that he was forthcoming about it. The work outside was completed as expected. Then they came inside to do some general cleaning of the fireplace and get any debris that had fallen during the project. Scheduling the quote and the project were easy. Communication was clear. I received confirmations via email and text. The project took about 3 hours to complete and the result was what I expected. Would be happy to hire them again in the future.
