They were very quick and getting this done. In addition to inspecting and cleaning the fireplace and chimney, They used a drone to inspect the top of the chimney, and replaced the flashing. Tom showed me how to open close the flu and light the fire. They were very polite and professional.

Over all.my experience was positive. I DID FIND IT FIRST THE PRICE THAT was given before hiring was higher than quoted.

It was nice to have a company that did not try to over sell their serves we called to have them look at a gas fireplace that we did not know if it worked. He informed us that everything was good all we needed was log the rocks. He said that we did not have to have them it was more for visceral effect. Inspected the chimney and we asked him to clean it because we have no idea the care prior to us buying. The thing we really appreciated most that these guys show up in person doing their job. They called through the app and we had appt next day. So many times these days Covid is the bucket that is used for as an excuse for for slow serves, delay,delay,delay and any other issues. SO GREAT UP-FRONT OFFICE, GREAT SERVESOFFERED, NO HIGH PRESSURED SALES AND THE GUYS THAT CAME TO OUR HOUSE COULD HAVE BEEN A NEIGHBOR. THATS HOW COMFORTABLE WE FELT HAVING THEM IN OUR HOME JOB WELL DONE! Grace and Scott.

Tom and his partner were AMAZING! They were honest, took pictures, didnâ t try to up-sell and were very helpful in explaining my fireplace situation. In fact, they converted my fireplace from wood burning to gas log burning on the same day and my fireplace is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! They arranged the rocks and just did an amazing job. They also inspected our roof and made repairs where the high winds from the storm had moved shingles around the chimney. I would recommend them very, VERY HIGHLY! They went OVER AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! I am grateful and pleased. The only reason I had them come was to inspect the chimney as a precaution before winter.

The chimney sweep was completed and with an additional $300.00 charge that was conducted on the roof of the house. I expected to pay $179.00 but the total bill was $518.51. I accepted the suggestion of making the repairs on the roof of the house near the chimney.

Tom & his crew were punctual & completed the work as promised to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for air duct cleaning, A/C service, & chimney restoration services.

They are an excellent company to work with. They did the work as they said they would and they were very polite and respectful. They answered all my questions and took pictures of the finished work so I could see what they had done. They will be coming back to do some other work for me, I was very impressed with them.

Great service, great value and quality workmanship. I was quoted a great price to get the insulation removed and replaced with new material. Tom also quoted me duct replacement since the current ducts were from when the house was built. Tom and his crew came in and finished all of the work in one day and it was well done. I really appreciated the warranty and guarantee given on the whole process. They’ve been around for 20 years so that made me feel like I was getting quality work and they’d be around for many more years.

Did a great job. Cleaned up afterwards. Only complaint is it seemed a little pricey.
