of the three companies suggested Supreme Air was the only one who wanted to come out ant take a look at the work to b done. The actual work was not cleaning but a replacement of the actual outside vent. Which they were able to do.

Jason the service tech was outstanding both in the quality of his work and his communications with me. He explained every step before he performed it and gave me hints to reduce the amount of lint in the exhaust. Great value.

Hired them for a simple dryer vent cleaning, but thankfully they caught another problem with my hvac system before it became a big problem. Some other guys had been doing work in my attic and seem to have knocked a hole vent loose - I had spent about 2 weeks cooling my attic and had no idea why my power bill was rising during the cooling end of summer. They noticed it while they were cleaning, fixed it, and cleaned the small amount of mold that had grown because of the condensation (due to the loose vent) for a very reasonable price. They even provided a warranty for the mold cleaning (and will come out in 8 months to check it). Highly recommend.

Two people from USA Supreme Air replied within minutes to my request. Tom performed a check of the vent in the attic before starting work. Upon completing the inspection he explained why the normal cleaning procedure would not be possible and what the additional cost would be. A 5 year warranty was given on the work. Will definitely would use them again.
