This was duct cleaning and NOT install The only issues I had 1. Was that I was not told that they had a chemical that would kill the bacteria, certain viruses and mold when I booked the service. When I booked the service I told them about my extensive allergic reaction to all the dust mites that would be stirred up. So I spent hours covering things with plastic to prevent more dust mites getting into my clothing/bedding/furniture. 2. Nor was I told that they would be cleaning the ducts via the attic. I had moved lots of furniture to give them access to the ducts - I am getting too old to be doing this.

They came the same day and everything was done correctly within couple of hours.

Went above and beyond to help correct issues. Very thorough! Have recommended to all friends and family.

I called them to clean my dryer vent. They did a thorough inspection and found that my booster fan was clogged and needed to be cleaned. They were quick, clean and provided great customer service. They went over the costs prior to starting the work.

We had a very complicated dryer vented thru attic with 2 elbows where lint would collect. We were not even sure they could get it all cleared. They did a great job and cleaned it out (Others had tried to get it cleared, but we do not think it was ever cleared at the elbows) They cleaned up the mess and it did cost us more than the base charge, but we were very pleased to have someone do a thorough job. Will use again.

Our chimney cap blew off. Called USA and they came out, on time and with great professionalism. Looked at the job, gave the price and stuck to it, along with a written warranty. Did not try to sell us anything us. We would recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors.

They were very professional and courteous in their communication. They arrived and performed a thorough job cleaning the air vents. Shaul was friendly and did a great job explaining exactly what was needed and why. He showed me before and after pictures to help demonstrate their work. He also pointed out a leaky air coil that might have been introducing moisture that contributed to mold growth.
