Universal did an excellent job. After 19 years we needed a new HVAC unit. Alan did a great job explaining the system set-up and how the install would go. They showed up right on time and worked dilligently throughout the day. The system worked perfectly. and has already helped our second unit work more efficently. Great job by their whole team.

They arrived very promptly, had the necessary supplies to perform the work, gave easy to understand estimates with options and performed the work beyond my expectations. They cleaned up the work area better than it was before they arrived to start the job. This isn’t my first experience with this company and they always exceed my expectations with professionalism and workmanship.

Universal Home Experts was outstanding when I used them for the first time this past week. All the way from placing the call and the call center knowing and asking all the right questions, to scheduling the call and getting an update on the tech that was coming, to the tech Billiy coming out and fixing the problem within an hour. The price was reasonable but better yet the service was amazing, I will refer them to anyone I know. They are truly the best in town.

I'm happy with it. They were real professional. They took care of my small problem. I was happy with the price. They will call you and let you know that they are on their way.

Charged us over $10,000 to replace panel: they said we needed to do this to be up to code even though only some of the first floor was implicated (we were told later we did not need this): they then charged extra (several Hundreds more) when lights which had worked perfectly before upstairs failed to turn on and were about to charge even more hundreds to test garage outlets.

I have scheduled with this company three times and on all occasions they have failed to show up. I have taken time off work to be at home and been left hanging by them. Thoroughly unresponsive and unprofessional. Go elsewhere, I have.

I will hire this company to perform the work that I need.
