It went great. Vicente & Fernando were very nice and went out of their way to make sure the paint job was done properly. My husband & I are very pleased. The ceiling looks better than ever. The price was very reasonable. We will call them again.

y homeI scheduled a convenient appointment with Mr. Rolando Ortiz from Turnkey to assess the areas to be painted. Mr. Ortiz arrived right on time and assessed the project. Within twenty four hours I was provided with an email estimate which was in line with my purchase from Angies List. The Foyer and Kitchen were 2 extra rooms not included in my special. Mr. Ortiz gave me an excellent price for the extra rooms. They did a fantastic job on painting and the clean up afterwards was exceptional to say the least. I will contact this company again in near future for painting interior, exterior of my home.

We were moving into a new house and wanted to have it repainted before we moved in. We got three bids. Turnkey was neither the lowest nor the highest. We chose them because we were impressed with the match between their professionalism and their price. We thought their service was the best value. They worked exactly on the schedule I requested, kept me informed throughout, and did the job well. In addition, they offered to do some other minor remodeling (install a chandelier, build some cabinets, install new lighting, etc.) at a reasonable additional cost. While I hired the company to paint, I was pleased to learn they would do other small jobs for me as well. When they were finished I felt like I was moving into a new house.

I found Turnkey using a deal on angies list about a year ago (450 for painting three rooms). They've since made several repairs around the house for me (re-gluing undermount sinks that fell out, plumbing repairs, painting, caulking etc). They are a pleasure to work with: responsive, cordial, quality workmanship. The owner took time to come out and discuss repair options with me. They've always been able to come out and get the work done when I needed it (usually that week or the next). Their pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the results. Never know the quality, care and concern the paint team will have with my home. They came in and told me what I can expect. They masked the cabinets and drawers, covered the countertops the first day and sprayed and detailed the second. Came in to remove plastic on morning of the third day. It all looks brand new.

I was told that it would not be over $12,000 at the time of estimate. I asked for an invoice to reflect that price and was told that I would be getting that soon, but I never received it. When I did receive the invoice, it was over $14,000. My insurance company has paid him over $10,000 and he shows that I have an outstanding balance of over $3,900.00 This invoice includes work that was not done, and materials that were not used. I would like an adjusted invoice that does not charge me for services not rendered or materials that were not used. I have been continually harassed by the owner of this company regarding this matter, and they have treated me very unprofessionally. Additionally, they have threatened litigation using inappropriate as well as profane language. I've been trying to work this out with his administrative assistant, but he has told me to stop contacting her. I want to pay him for the job, but I need the adjusted invoice price.

The guys showed up and covered everything with their own supplies and then proceeded to prime. They came back the next day and finished up painting.

The company was responsive from the first contact. They promptly schedule a time to visit our home to provide an estimate, and once the estimate was accepted they were flexible in scheduling, as we were waiting for an electrician to complete some work before we painted. The price quoted seemed high to me, but was in line with other quotes, so I guess that's a reflection of the current market. We expected a crew of three or four workers, but only two showed up. They spend a full day repairing holes and retexturing the walls. On that day, they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, but we were disappointed they did not clean thoroughly. We observed they used one rag (borrowed from my wife) to do all the cleaning, which meant our hard wood floors had to be more thoroughly cleaned when they left at the end of the job. On day two, they painted the walls. This is the only day we had any issues. They did not prime the walls, but simply painted the newly textured walls with the paint we had purchased. The paint was a good quality paint with primer, but the quote included primer and priming, and we expected them to do that to avoid waisting paint being absorbed into the new texture. I should add now that I shared this concern with the company at the end of the job, following our full payment. They promptly refunded me a fair amount that would have covered the primer. We are happy with this resolution and appreciate their quick response. Another issue is that they did not thoroughly cover the floors as we asked them to do, which resulted in some paint spatters on the floors. Not a big deal, but we wish they had attended to this detail. On day three, they painted all the trim. The finished up by the end of the day and we were thrilled with the results. The quality of the work was excellent. On day two, one of the workers left about 15 minutes after arriving. He was gone for three hours, which caused us concern, as we expected a crew to be working the entire time. We called the company and they were very responsive in following up with the absent worker and communicating to us what was going on. In the end, the worker had a legitimate reason to leave the job site and we were happy with the follow up. I would fully recommend this company. They were easy to work with and did the work as scheduled and as promised.

The guys did a great job, and when I needed something done over, it was not a problem. They did a professional job. I brought my own paint.

The crew was efficient, trustworthy and professional. When I wanted to change a few things, the leader was very accommodating. They provided an estimated finish time for each day. Additionally, they finished on schedule, leaving no mess. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely use them again.

Work was done by what appeared to be subcontractors. Subcontractors used provided paint that they water down with tap water. Paint job was decent but cleanup was lacking. There was splatter leftover on floor since they don't use any kind of drop cloth or paper protection. Be mindful of fine print as it may cause up charge in paint you choose.

I bought a 4 hour package on special. Turnkey came out for a bid. We talked only of replacing fascia boards and some rotten wood, as the Angies List Deal offered. They only gave me a bid on totally redoing all of my wood, powerwashing, painting my entire house, etc. They Wouldn't honor the 4 hour service. I contacted them several times with no response except they could do the whole house plus painting, not the 4 hour service. FINALLY, ANGIES LIST, RETURNED MY PURCHASE PRICE.

The workman was hard working, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

The two men that came did a great job and were very friendly. They worked hard and got the job done in two days which included power washing and caulking. The only problem was on the first day I was told they would be here at 8:30 and when they didn't show I had to call to find out what was happening. They were finishing another job and didn't come until 12:30. It would have been helpful to have been called about their delay. Other than that everything was fine and would certainly hire again.

Initially I did have a problem. I wanted an itemized list of the costs for each project instead of a total price. It took about three tries and help from Angie's list to get anywhere. I had to go for the price to paint my entire house before I could get a repair list cost. I was very frustrated but once Bob came out he offered an itemized list so I could make decisions about what I wanted to do. Unfortunately, I had a major dental bill and then lost my job due to grant funding so I wasn't able to get the job completed YET. I emailed Bob who said to let me know when. I am hoping when is soon. I can't vouch for their painting and repairing but I do appreciate Bob's patience and understanding.

Went okay some drips on my floor and trim

Very professional, estimate was accurate, given that there were some "oh by the way" additions from the client (aren't there always?). Workers arrived on time and ready to work. The process went very well and quickly, especially since we stayed in the house. Total time to complete was 2 1/2 weeks, slightly better than the 3 we expected. The workers were exceptionally competent and handled a range of different tasks with sure ease. Although there was lots of dust and waste they thoroughly cleaned up and removed all waste before they finished. The contractor was accessible and quickly returned our calls whenever we needed him - which was not often as his crew was so good. I recommend them and would use them again.

Greg and his team who did the work were exceptional! They spent 4 weeks in our home and did an incredible job! Bob Dimon the owner was very reachable to discuss the minor questions we had. Great company. Great price. Great experience! USE THEM!!
