Turnkey Painting Plus

They were very professional. Two men did the work in one long day. (I was expecting it to take two days.) They did a really good job and not a drop was spilled anywhere (sometimes you'll find spots on baseboards or door handles, etc.). The lines at top of walls where it meets ceiling were straight. They were good and I would hire them again.

Painted 3 small rooms. Did not arrive on time. Asked for a quote on additional work during first meeting, which was provided. However could not get confirmation during scheduling that all work would be done on the same day. When the coupon work was completed the workers sent knew nothing about the additional work and their supervisor could not confirm. Finally I had to send him a copy of the quote and ask for confirmation work would be done the next day. He confirmed the quote but not the appt so that work was not done. I will use another vendor to complete. |Jennifer however was very professional. Seemed there was a lack of communication between the team.

I needed 6 rooms in the house painted, some interior tile and granite work and retiling our porch. These guys did a great job and for a great price. The price I paid them was what one vendor estimated for just the exterior tile work.

Perfect painter but insulting owner of company. Rude, non-responsive, condescending, just a really terrible person. Even tried to send me a bill in excess of what he agreed to. The painter was excellent but I will never deal with this man again. I'm sure the painter will move on anyway since he really thinks he is perfect beyond words and simply can't be bothered to answer your questions. I can't tell you how insulting this man is. Never met anyone worse. Move on to someone else.

From scheduling (Jennifer) to estimate (Rolando), and painters (Wilmer and Tony), Turnkey Paining Plus was a pleasure to do business with. They are nice and professional, on schedule and did a great job. I purchased their $503 for 3 rooms deal from Angie's list and paid extra for other rooms. I was initially skeptical if they would cut corner because I purchased a special. No, they didn't. Wilmer and Tony spent 2 days applying 11 gallons of paint to 4 bedrooms and a dinning room and hallways, bathrooms and made the house ready for our Monday's move in. The first 20 min I watched their work, immediately I knew they were experienced and confident in what they do. I went to work and came back looking at my house and couldn't be happier. I also appreciate Wilmer and Tony are happy people, always with big smiles. With all the stress from moving and house remodeling, the last thing I want is to deal with a grumpy contractor.

They did a great job and we liked it. But the only thing is they couldn't finish the painting on the metal windows because they requested an extra to pay them into windows even though they came to check on the house and gave us a quote.

They did a great job. I had them do even more than what my Big Deal coupon was for and was very pleased with all they did.

My experience with Turnkey started out a little rocky with the estimator and the color matching of the house paint but overall they did a fantastic job. There are still touch ups that need to be addressed but I would recommend them for exterior painting.

Went perfectly. Bob showed up, we picked paint colors and his guys started within 2 days.

They were prompt. They got the work done quickly. They did a good job.

Jennifer said she would call my client to go out the next day and give a bid or work. She never called. I called her twice but she did not respond. I would not recommend this company because she made me look bad to the client. They do not do what they say.

They were great to work with. They were very prompt to provide a bid. I called on a Thursday, and they showed up on Friday to bid it out. They started the next week. All of the company was very, very, very professional...from the office staff to the bidder to the owner to every employee. They are meticulous and strive for perfection on all tasks. I have actually recommended them to a realtor that will probably use them fairly regularly. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! USE THEM. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!

It was a total waste of our time. We never received a promised bid from them. I have no idea what their bid would have been.

Mr. Bob Dimon, the owner provided a quote for the job on July 23 and his crew arrived on time on July 26 to begin the work. Mr. Dimon came with the crew to describe the project which we appreciated. They painted our two story family room,dining room, game room and installed three ceiling fans in the spare bedrooms (paint and ceiling fans were purchased by us). The entire project took only a total 13 hours to complete and this includes having the two story family room painted twice because we didn't like our first choice. The crew was efficient, professional and courteous. The reason I gave a "B" for responsiveness is due to the difficulty I had receiving a confirmation on the start date. I didn't hear back from Turnkey's office even after leaving multiple messages. I finally received confirmation from Mr. Dimon on July 26, 1.5 hours before the job was scheduled to begin. My overall rating for this company is an "A" and I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends.

They were punctual and professional. The office staff was excellent and very responsive. However, the painter ended up doing 1 coat. It covered well but he missed a few minor spots that I had to touch up. I couldn't afford to miss work to let him in again. Add it all up, staff professionalism etc, and I think they did a good job and I'm sure he would've helped make it right.

Everything was good with them. They came back the next day to finish everything at no extra charge or anything.

When they finally responded to my calls for the service it went well. It took over 2 weeks of leaving messages with no call back, and the last one threatened a bad review. The "main man" showed up with a crew at my home instead of the rental property, but we corrected that problem and they did a fabulous job in a few hours. I got good information on matching the existing paint and they were neat and thorough and in and out in no time. I would re-use them since I know their quality. If I had not had the problem getting a call back they would have been an "A+." They said it was a problem with the phone number they had on file, and now that they have it correctly, I should get a fast response. I have a really big job coming up and plan to call them to bid on it.

We scheduled the painters to do the painting on July 2, 2/13 to coinside with our move into the house. Unfortunately, there did not have a painter available on the 2nd. They called me timely so that we were not waiting around for them to show up. We reschedlued for Monday, July 7, 2013. They were on time, started the prep work immediately. They did a great job on the painting and were very careful while doing their work. The paint job took one and one-half days to complete. We are very satisfied with the work performend and would recommend them to others.

It turned out great! There was an extra $100 charge beyond the big deal amount as we had some extra work done. This was the first time we used them. I let them in and then I had other things to do and they told me they were done and then I came back in. I would recommend them to family members and friends.

The granite countertops and the backsplash were done wonderfully, and the staining was done very well.

After the first visit, the job was sloppy, numerous spot were missed, no spackling was done, the painter dumped blue paint in our front yard and tracked leaves and debris onto the carpeted stairs. We contacted them to correct the issues of missed paint and spackling and they sent someone out promptly, but still managed to miss some of the problems even though we pointed out each one. In the end we fixed it ourselves.
