The service was good. They were good.

The service seemed good, the first time, but had to call for them to come back to repair the grouting. They did, no question asked and at the end I am satisfied with their service. Throughout the service they were prompt and polite. I would use them again.

Big Deal? Big Disappointment! I noticed what appears to be a small spot of wood rot on one of the eaves of my facia/overhang, underneath what appears to be a blocked gutter. The location is on my second story and I do not have a ladder to reach the spot myself. When I saw the big deal, I thought it would due perfect to help me solve this problem before it became worse. Although the contractor arrived on time and per schedule, he quickly determined the job would not fall within the big deal perimeters. WIthout even an inspection of the area (we were standing in the courtyard looking at a spot 30 feet above our heads,) it was determined the work would actually be 3 times the amount of labor as was offered in the big deal. I was quoted a price which although I was disappointed, seemed somewhat reasonable and certainly better than starting from scratch! Then the add on began: materials and supplies would be extra as would the trip to the store itself, if they were to run this errand on my behalf. In the end, the Big Deal, wasn't really a deal at all. Sadly, by the time we got done with all the extras, the job was going to cost about the same as I had been quoted by others. Frustratingly, I sent the contractor away since I did not see this as much of a bargain. I am unsure if I am able to recover the costs of the voucher which I will now not use with this vendor. So Big Deal, Beware! This is the second time I have been unimpressed. And although I have had a couple Big Deals work out, I would suggest purchasers tread lightly. Better to trust the reviews and just work with vendors directly vs. hoping to save some money through a special offer.

It was fantastic. They were on time to give me an estimate & immediately followed-up with a written estimate. They came on the day scheduled & finished the job on time. The results were fantastic! We bought the upfront service as one of Angie's List "Big Deals". The balance was not due until after the job was completed & based on our satisfaction. We are very satisfied & would use them again & again!!

I was very pleased with them. I thought the comeback price was high, because I still needed more work, and I think they took advantage of me. I knew I had more work, and they did a good job, and I was very pleased, but the number of hours that I was supposed to buy and I did supply some of the supplies and everything I think their prices were high.

Work to be preformed next week. They came for the estimate and were very professional. If they work is as good, I will be extremely pleased. Trouble was with the website. In the middle of the order screen froze and backed to previous screen. I tried to be sure that I did not double order, but site showed I had not purchased. Then when processed it gave me two coupons, one of which I could not use.

I purchased (order #: 1002810) "$149 for Four Hours of Wood-Rot Restoration, Repair, or Exterior Carpentry" (WoodRot-1002810-1). We discussed the project but I wanted an estimate for more work in the same area. I asked for the estimate at least three times over a period of a month. Tired of waiting, I decided to have someone else do the work.

I had used TurnKey in the past for interior painting and they did such a GREAT job I had them come back and paint my exterior of my home. I am not sure how their estimate compared with others but it looked to be in the ball park and based on my past experience I wanted them back so I did not get any other estimates. Unfortunately the sub-contractor they sent this time did a VERY SLOPPY job of everything.....poor wood rot and siding repairs, lots and lots of overspray on my bricks, wrought iron fence, table and chairs, flower beds, windows on the roof level window glass. I informed the owner (Bob) and he came out and looked at the work and agreed the work needed to be redone and sent another crew to re-do the siding repairs and wood rot repairs, clean the overspray off my bricks etc.... The siding repair redo on the back of the garage was much much better but there is still a bow in the siding at the bottom of my back garage wall. They had also originally agreed to replace my tar paper with new tar paper where the siding was replaced on one side of my garage but this was not done. I told Bob not a problem since the old tar paper was still good. After Bob came out he promised to supervise the job himself this time and clean up everything and re-paint my black wrought iron fence which I did not request but Bob said they would repaint it anyway and they did not. The new crew that came back cleaned all the overspray on the wrought iron fence but in the process of cleaning the over spray they took off some of my black paint down to the primer. Some of the wood boards the original sub contractor used to replace my old wood was not all good treated wood and they actually used some boards with holes. When I pointed that out to Bob he said they would replace it. The did replace some boards but just caulked the holes on the holey board instead. I paid the bill in full when the invoice was presented but I was very disappointed that Bob did not come out and inspect the rework since he PROMISED to supervise the job himself or make a follow up call to me. I did not discuss with Bob again as I never saw him again on the job or heard from him after the job redo. Based on this latest experience I will not be using TurnKey again.

Went well, took longer than estimated. Crew was nice (2 guys).

The deck wasn't repairable and I was told that it wold be best to tear it down.

The owner Bob was very friendly, professional and helpful. He came over to give me an estimate and closer to the date of service he came over again to help me finalize my color decisions and give me a recommendation for paint to buy. I bought the paint he suggested and received a discount at Sherwin Williams. The guys who came over to paint were very nice and did an excellent job. They moved all my furniture around and removed wall decor to paint and replaced everything before they left. Originally I was told it might take 2 days but they finished in one day which I was very pleased with. I would highly recommend Turnkey Painting and I plan to use them again in the future.

Went excellent, we used an Angie's list coupon and they came and did the work with no issues, much easier than painting it oueselves.

I feel Big Deal was a ruse to extract more money. Could not give proper estimate or material needed. Did not correspond with customer in an informative and timely manner. Showed up to do work without an appointment and no materials. Very hard Company to communicate with. Would be interesting to know how many Big Deals they actually perform for the price agreed in the Big Deal.

Met with contractor and explained what I wanted to do. He sent his guys over in the next few days. These guys were on time. They performed the work asked of them. quality was very good. My only problem was they didn't speak english very well so it was hard to communicate with the painters... but it turned out fine. We were very happy with how the rooms turned out. They also fixed some cracks in the ceiling and they did a fantastic job of that. They also made our crown molding look brand new. Fair price for excellent work. Absolutely use them again.

The work was performed exactly as we discussed. I am very happy with the work and will use this company again.

They came the day after Christmas and they arrived right on time. Dan came out and provided the estimate. When they estimated the time it would take, he was right on. The job took two days because there was four coats of paint. There were two men on the job and they cleaned up well. They actually took my curtains and fixtures down then put them all back up after they finished the job. They swept after they picked up the protective covering, put my furniture back, and even took their trash with them and did not put it in my trash. They also left the remaining paint with room labels on them. They gave me a great price on paint. It was much less than the cost I would have paid at the hardware store and it was Sherwin Williams paint which is great quality. They did a great job with the work!

I purchased the 3 room painting deal from Angie's List. Turnkey was very responsive. They sent someone out to see the areas I wanted painted then recommended what kinds/amount of paint I needed for the desired rooms. They came out to paint the 3 rooms 2 days later as scheduled. They did an awesome job! The rooms were done neat and professionally. Awesome service. Great value!!

I purchased a big deal November 30,2013 for wood rot repair/replacement , coupon code WoodRot-1000941-1, I would like to cancel this transaction. The contractor came out and reviewed the work to be done, I asked him to provide me with a materials list so I could purchase the needed supplies. Two days later, I received a proposal for an additional $340 dollars beyond the $149 big deal price. I questioned the contractor about the additional charges and he is insisting on purchasing the materials, and charging $50 for that service and lumber in the form of one 2x6, one 1x6 and a couple of 1x2's for $290. The lumber prices are terribly inflated and none of this was in the big deal details. So please cancel this deal, I don't want to work with this contractor. Thank you, [Member Name Removed]

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They arrived on time, very polite, very efficient, professional, clean. They were well groomed in their appearance and they were very clean with the painting. My husband and I moved some things that we felt that we wanted to do, they took care of everything else. They were just great.

The two gentleman they sent were very professional; very courteous. It took two days vs. one because we had them do the ceilings in addition to the walls. Also, the paint was very dark and was going over white walls. They were very neat; covered floors and all furniture. They removed all nails and patched any/all areas that needed so. Was very impressed with the coverage, considering dark paint on white walls and the lines; there was absolutely no wall paint on the ceiling and no ceiling paint on the walls. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone and have actually already done so to my neighbors.
