This company apparently does not need the business. I had an appointment with Tilo on a Saturday morning at 9am. Finally at 10:30am that morning he phones me telling me he needs directions to my home. I informed him that I had an appt. with him at 9am and I was now interviewing another landscaper who apparently valued me as perspective client and was on time for their appointment.

Tilo's crew is extremely professional. They worked hard and got the job done quickly and the results were excellent. I have since hired them to do my regular lawn mowing, and they are always on my property bright and early every Wednesday, without missing any days, and without any nagging from me. They also cleaned up some brush on the side of my house on their own initiative, and I am extremely pleased with their work. I never think about lawn care anymore- they do it all for me.

I was never able to have the work done. I spoke to him once and was told that I would be called back within fifteen minutes and I never received a call. I called again a week later, said I had called previously and would like to get an estimate for work and again never received a call back.

Tilo was responsive to my phone calls, on time for appointments, and reasonable with his estimates. I have no complaints with any aspect of their work and will use them again.

When heavy rain forced a short delay, Tilo called immediately to explain. The quality and completeness of their work has been beyond our expectations.

Good, I am happy with his work. He came out the day after I called. He has done work for me before, and I found his crew to be quite organized and he works along side his men.

I was having a party so I had a deadline. Tilo and crew were here for 4 days and did a fabulous job. I will be using them for my regular lawn service as well as all other landscaping jobs that come up. I highly recommend Tilo and his sons and his crew.

Tilo finally showed up after my third call requesting a quote. He was a nice guy but wanted $36 to mow a very small front yard with a minimum of twice monthly cutting. During the winter, my lawn doesn't need twice monthly service. I paid him once and, his crew did a decent job. However, I find the pricing way out of line for the size of the yard. I'm not using him anymore.

I am very satisfied with Tilo's work. He was very helpful in suggesting plants for the new bed. He and his men did the work in one day. They were punctual and cleaned up after. I am planning to use his services again for a new patio.

They are very reliable and do a great job. For the first few weeks, I wasn't around when they came by, so I couldn't pay them, but that wasn't a problem. They have been great and they show up like clockwork!

How did President Bush put it, ''fool me once, you can't get fooled again,'' well he did. I initially called on a Tuesday and made an appointment for the following Friday, no calls and no-show. The next week I called again and he was supposed to come out on Saturday, again no call and no-show. Then out of the blue I get a call on Sunday (by this time I had already submitted a negative report - which I asked Angie's List to retract, I figured he did finally call, so no reason to ''ding'' him unnecessarily). Came by on Sunday made several good suggestions and said that he would mail an estimate. So far 2 weeks, have gone by and no calls nor any estimates. I shouldn't have to chase down any business owners to hand over work. It's a shame because from his feedback from other members he appears to be reliable, prehaps he has too much business on his plate.

The work was quality and they cleaned up very well once the work was complete. Prices are fair and I now have them come out every two weeks for lawn service.

Omigosh! I wish every tradesman were as professional, as courteous, as focused as Tilo and his family. He kept me appraised of every step. He was punctual, polite; he and crew cleaned up continuously. The job ran a little longer than his first estimate due to weather, but he never complained. He went to extra lengths to find gravel to match original circular driveway gravel. My husband, who is extremely hard to please, was absolutely delighted. We will be calling Tilo back in future.

Tilo has been mowing our lawn for a couple of months and his work has been excellent. He is reliable and easy to deal with and he does a very good job.

Our townhouse is rental property that was not very well cared for by the tenants that moved out. The yard was completely in shambles with overgrown trees, grass, and weeds. Tilo came to our townhouse and was so very professional and willing to help us in every way to make our yard look nice again without a lot of expense. He was always on time, and his crew was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Tilo was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect even though it was rental property. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any type of job, small or large. If I could talk Tilo into coming to my own home in Cypress, I would use him in a second. It is never a pleasure to have to spend so much money on rental property; however, Tilo made everything so easy for us. Thank you so much Tilo, you are a life saver.

Very friendly and good communication on timing of visit(s). Workers spent a long time on job & Yard looks good. Spraying for plant issues appears not to have worked and may not have been fully completed. Returned to redo. A bit on the expensive side for pots/plants. Overall, Tilo is a very easy guy to deal with.

Very nice job. Showed up when he said he would. Thinking about using him permanently and retiring the lawn mower.

I was very pleased with Mr. Guerrero's work. He called when he was unable to keep his appointment due to the weather. He came out on a Sunday (not his regular work day) to give the initial estimate. He also made two extra trips to complete the work on the sprinkler system. Even after the first day of work on the yard, the backyard (which required the most work)went from being a patch of dirt and dead leaves heavily shaded by overhanging tree branches, to a pleasant partially shaded backyard with a lawn I could enjoy as soon as they left for the day. The sprinkler system now works perfectly and the lawn looks great. I not only would hire him again for large jobs, but I have hired him for my regular lawn maintenance, and it still looks great.
