+ -1 moreI received the quote within a week. I got an average feeling about them. They were on the cheaper end. They were average when it came to their responsiveness and they responded relatively quickly upon contacting them. They were punctual since they came when they said they would come. I think you need to have a better feel for exactly what you want if you use their services but I would consider using their services in the future.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from The Ideal Makeover about a month ago for constructing a second story deck.

+ 8 moreI really like that he was able to come out and do it all. He was very hands on and was there watching the work being completed every step of the way. He also made sure that I was happy with the work that they were doing. He was very responsive and the only thing I thought could have been a little better was that sometimes there were some delays because he was busy with other projects but it was not a big deal to me.
Description of Work: I have had them come out to my house twice and do many different projects both inside and out. He worked on my pool and steam cleaned the cement around it, did work on my roof, fixed the molding on windows, tore down some wall paper, did painting, laid down sod, worked on my fence, he worked on my atrium roof, worked on a water pump, pulled out my spa and worked on the electrical and plumbing of it, he re did my deck and and fixed a few crack in my foundation.
