Fantastic service and great value. Showed up on time and did a very thorough job of analyzing the job and presenting me with options. Was clear on all of the pros and cons of each possible approach. Then got to work and completed the job efficiently and professionally in a couple of hours. I would have paid double what I was charged. Excellent value.

He came to my house we walked around and talked about my cable issues and where I would like to place the box. His price over the phone was $75 once he saw the work he needed to do his price dropped to $65.

In the future I will use him for all my cable wiring and TV set up and will NEVER use COMCAST again.

Great. I DID have some problems initially reaching Lee because of a recent disability caused by back problems that has caused him to focus on his health rather than his business temporarily and because one of his key employees is no longer with the company. But I was persistent with the phone calls and email and I am glad I didn't contact anyone else. Great service.

I like the product of this company because I am left with a system that I can handle (though I'm a bit of a techy so that might help). Other companies seem to want to give you a turnkey system that only they can service so you are stuck depending on them to come out for minor changes. Not so with Cabledoctors, at least not for me.

Went great. Robert came up to our house in The Woodlands from League City (app. 65 miles) just to examine the options. We discussed alternatives for getting the cable outlet on the desired wall and we set a date to do the work. Robert had to delay 2 days due to illness but called promptly when he knew he couldn't make the original appointment. Showed up on time for the reschedule. Had to fish the cable through 2 studs in the bedroom to the desired penetration point to the LR. This was tricky and took some time to drill the new cable route and snake it through. Having the fiber optic camera really helped. Everything was completed in about 2 hours without any damage to walls, etc along the new cable route. Robert did a good job of cleaning up when the work was done. No question, we would call the Cable Doctors again for future work like this.

I was able to get an appointment within a few days of my initial call, and he quoted me his standard prices over the phone. On the day of the appointment, they were prompt, and the price was exactly what he quoted me (and very fair in my opinion). The technician did a FABULOUS job, running new cable in the attic and putting a new jack in the wall. He cleaned up completely after the job, tested the jack for me and made sure I was happy with the final job. I'll certainly use them again for any cable related needs I have in the future.

From start to finish went very well. Showed up on time both for the estimate and for the installation. Think their product recommendations were good and they took into consideration the quality and the price. Work done in the home was excellent. They were quick and efficient and were able to work around various construction, family coming in and out, and dogs. Final price was as estimated, no suprises.

TX Cable Doctors not only was able to fix the previous shoddy contractor work but also figured out the measurements correctly as to where in the attic to place the cable wire and successfully drill through the 2nd floor without damaging the wall or ceiling below. They did not have any room for error but with skill, know- how, and the use of a mini TV camera they were able to place the cable wire exactly where I wanted it down the walls and to the ground floor behind my TV and install the new jack there. This was a 2 hour job and I certainly got my money's worth. They also removed some excess cable from underneath my carpet and fine tuned my VCR at no extra charge. I would certainly use them again for any of my cable needs and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Lee responded quickly to my call after having been in Comcast h*** for the first two weeks I lived in my new place. We set up an appointment, he and his partner Robert arrived promptly that day, diagnosed the connection problems and said that they would have to completely rewire the second floor which they did. I then asked to have the three televisions moved to where I wanted them and asked them to get the TVs to work in the respective rooms. I would recommend them to anyone who has lived through what I did with Comcast sending out people who didn't or wouldn't do what Lee and Robert accomplished in a few hours! It is worth the money just to have cable people who know what they are doing and do it properly!

Our cable kept going out/pixeling so I checked Angie's List and found Lee. He investigated the problem in the attic, outside (in the rain) and in the house. Found the problem and tells me Comcast will fix it for free - he would do it for $100. I said do it! They ran new cable and it was fixed! They also helped with some programming issues I had - they know cable. So I asked them about hanging a big screen in our sunroom (on a brick wall) and they said no problem. They were back in 2 days and finished in less than 2 hours. They did an outstanding job. I felt very comfortable letting them into my house with just my 86 year old mother. Very happy with both jobs. (and oh man - that big screen... it was a surprise for my hubby but I am loving it more!)

FABULOUS!!!! That is, once we got going. When I first called Lee he had just hurt his back and was FLAT (if any of you have ever hurt your back, you know what he was going through). Anyway, he was very honest with me about what was happening and approximate time he would be available to install my TV (and if you have ever had a TV in a box and wanted it up... you know anything over "now" is too late!). That said, he stayed in constant contact with me and since I was having other remodeling done, we were fine. I was very impressed with the fact that even though he knew he was letting me down by physically not being able to do the work the day I wanted it done, he didn't give up and he stayed in touch with me. I cannot say that I have ever met another contractor that wouldn't have just given up on the project and quit calling you... he didn't... that impressed me. That said, we had a 52" LCD flat screen hung up on a wall that did not have a cable outlet or electrical. Lee and his assistant Tim were up in the attic and reviewed the whole case. Lee had quoted me prices over the phone and my situation ended up being quite different. Though it was only one story, the outer wall was no where close to the attic! I asked if they could do the job, and they said yes, they would figure it out. They did! Instead of coming down from the attic, they went up through the wall and it all ended up PERFECT!!! Because the main job ended up being something different than envisioned, the job took more time than he originally thought it would. With their backlog from Lee being layed up, I offered to postpone the other project to a later time. Lee agreed and said he would call on Monday to reschedule. He did. They came exactly on time on Thursday and totally rewired a system that our "friends" had fixed (think birds nest of wires behind the TV). In the meantime, they also hung two very large framed prints I wanted hung in the bedroom and did it perfectly evenly! WOW!!! When they finished, everything was cleaned up. What more can you ask for? I'm ecstatic with the job that Lee and his assistant Tim did for us. We'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to have TV/stereo work done in their homes.

Great! Called to confirm, arrived on time, achieved expected results. Far exceeded our experience with others. (Our other experience was with installation contractors provided by a different cable company.)
