I reached Take-Air through a friend that was very pleased with the air duct cleaning service. I ended up getting my ducts replaced and attic insulation removal and install new. their price was slightly higher than other companies but they where the most professional and honest company i met ! know exactly what they're doing and all the definitions were very experience, professional, and knowledgeable I'm very happy I decided to use them . Recomended!!!

They were fantastic. They took before & after pictures and found there was mold in the system and were able to clean to that day. They were excellent. Very polite and efficient.

When Avi checked my A/C and air ducts he found the start of mold spores. He even asked that I go into the attic and see for myself so I would understand the process. Avi and his crew were great, they took pictures and video throughout the process and shared with me. There was no pressure to buy and left the decision to me. I was very comfortable with the whole process and can tell the difference in the air quality of my home. These guys called when they were 15 minutes out, which was at the start of the 4 hour arrival window. They were quick to point out that they may have trouble because the vent was not solid but there was no hard sell for other services. They were able to remove the blockage and did a great job cleaning up. I will be happy to reach back out for any other service within their catalog.

Both missions went smoothly. They delivered what they promised. Also, they were punctual and professional.

He made me change from one service to another. Initial service was duct cleaning at a rate of $89.00 ... I end paying $200.00 for a Sanitization that at the end of the day I don't know if it will work at all. I mean... $200.00 for a 5 mins job!!! And they did not clean the ducts!! : (... make me so sad!!

Thank you take air I suffer for a long time from allergies ,I was recommended by a friend to do an indoor air quality test so I did. The specialist came on time and was very knowledgeable, he went overall the test reasoltswithme and made sure I understood. There was particles in the air in the house that digested there was mold. I scheduled a followup appointment with take air for a visual inspection and that found that the hvac system was filled with dost and mold discoloration , we scheduled a day to get the full service done and we are extremely satisfied with the results, the service. The technician was very nice and professional. I fully recommend this company !!!! Thank you

I use to suffer for around a year and a half with joint pains, several headed, always feeling tired, the list doesn't end; until one of my friends told me maybe is something in your apartment, immediately I said my apartment is in a perfect condition, I keep it super clean, we have a great maintaining every month; has to be something also. Ok after few more months I got to the doctor an explain everything, so he do a series of tests..... 😣 For nothing, I just wasted my time, everything was in perfect. I got a coffee with my friend I complained again. I don't know what to do any more, again! She said have to be something in you apartment, I asked to her like what? I don't know maybe AC problems, I respond to her I changed the filters every 2 weeks!!!!! Ok...... One nigh before bed I complain again over and over, so my husband said to me tomorrow with must get someone to check the AC system, don't worry I will call them to came and maybe is something wrong. The next day a Take Air come Diagnosticed and provided an indoor air quality test .there was mold in the apartment, so we setup a day for let them to came and do The service, after few hours they complete clean, was unbelievable how different was the air in the house, since that my pains and saffers gots a way, the only reason that I post my experience is because I will ever imagine that the was all my issue, feeling bad all the time, and may people have the same problem and they don't that can be something small and so Important like AC cleaning.

The team arrived on time and was very professional. They explained how the work would be done very effectively so we were best informed. Their work was clean and efficient. I would definitely rehire!

i have a family member suffering from allergies and was recommended by the doctor tho test the air in my home. Joel was very professional when he came to do the air quality test.i received a detailed report and understood i had lots of mold spores in my home. and decided to go with take air to clean my air ducts *** well. thy where very nice and knowledgeable and i am very pleased with the results.

Our experience was real good they did an excellent job so we've been very happy with them.

They arrived at 4:30. At 4:45 they determined that I needed to spend another $580 due to mold throughout my a/c and heater system. When I told them that the heater was 12 months old, he said that the heater wasn't too bad. They said they would clean the air ducts and then finish off by cleaning the dryer vent. I declined to spend the additional $580. They were gone by 5:15...I never got a chance to show they where the dryer even was! I think I need to have another company come out here to inspect their work so that Angie's list and their clients can know exactly what was and was NOT done in the 15 minutes they were 'working' once I DECLINED the additional $580 in work....

The vendor responded promptly to set up an appointment for the work and arrived promptly at the appointed time. The vendor's representatives Judah and Frank went right to work and completed the job promptly and went the proverbial "extra mile" to do a good job. They were very courteous and professional and supplied us with an evaluation of the system and what additional work we might want to consider. We elected not to do the additional work and there was no sales pressure to get us to change our minds, which was very much appreciated.

These technicians were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them. I would not hesitate using their service again.

Not much to write. They showed up on time and did the job - no muss, no fuss. Demonstrated the air flow through the vent, Cleaned up when they left.

Initially they did not meet the time parms 9:00-11:00 AM the office said they would come in, and did they call to say they would be late, they came later at 12:25 PM. After vacuuming the dryer vent, one of the crew said that it would cost another $229.00 for them to use a brush and some chemicals to clean out the dryer vent more completely. I declined to pay more. One crew member did all the work while the other stood around texting on his phone. The lint cleaned out from the outside,was thrown down next to my front door. They were at my house at most 10-15 minutes.

They did a terrible job. We were very, very unhappy with them. There was still mold on the vents. I actually cleaned the air vents myself and they said they would do it. The ones they cleaned had mold on them; the ones I cleaned were clean. Their price was more than they had quoted us. I know my husband had a fit and said they quoted us a price and they said agreed but said they had to use a certain deodorizer and other things they kept adding. They were super nice and acted like they had their manager out. They lied. They did not get the job done. We have told other people not to use them. To get better grades from me they should not be so cocky and arrogant. They absolutely could have done a better job. The smell was still there in the vents they cleaned and they kept adding on charges.

It worked out good. They gave me a very fair price. It was $60 for two rooms. It was just area rugs in the dining room and living area. I wanted them to clean the upholstery on my chairs but they weren't able to do that. Their professionalism was good. They were good. I wouldn't say excellent but I'm not going to say anything bad about them. I just don't think they deserve more than a B.

They were fine. They were very expensive. It was $700 for everything. They were crazy expensive. The next year, I had to get my dryer vent cleaned out again because it was how my dryer vent was actually built. I liked their service. They were on time. They seemed professional. They seemed to have cleaned out the vents good, but they were pricey.

Very professional and punctual. We had mold around the vent and dripping pipe, they clean it up and spray some substance to take care of the molden and guarantee to check on their work annually.
