They did a beautiful job but they used to be in Angie's List but due to a landscaping work they did acting that they are not available anymore but I didn't receive the information will be good for you because what I've seen their work was beautiful. They are high quality. Everything was perfect.

We have a new construction in Fulshear and we have had issues with the landscape from day one. We have had every weed you can think of in our grass, flower beds, and driveway. Finally, we gave up on trying to get our lawn healthy and knew we had to replace everything. John came out and meet with me and walked me through what changes need to be made to our irrigation system to really help out our grass and flower beds. He also prepared a full proposal with drawings of what he was going to for the front and back yard with plant and rock placements; I know a lot of the landscapers in our area do not provide drawings or professional quotes like what we got. We did not like some of the flowers he selected, but he was so easy to talk to and changed them out with out any problems. Our front yard looks amazing now with tons of color instead of dead greenery, and the boulders and stone really add character that we did not have before. We will definitely be calling John again in the Spring to get the back yard done.

Initially we were very happy with the service we received until I received a bill for 4 weeks of service for 368 dollars.  We still attempted to try them out but when I returned from a week long vacation for the fourth of July I came home to a green pool with frogs swimming in it.  They stated my pool pump was broken and that it need to be replaced along with a new filter for 4000 dollars.  I went to Leslie pools and paid someone to come out and review the situation and learned that I needed a new nothing just a clean

After reviewing several proposals Suncor's design and professionalism was a standout. We felt that these people knew what they were doing and were going to be there with us every step of the way. We vetted 5 companies making proposals very extensively (took over a month) and Suncor was always at the top of the list with the equipment they used, the design they provided and the fact that they used their own people instead subcontractors for the plumbing, electrical and basic infrastructure of the pool. We had an easement that had to be crossed by the plumbing and electrical and they were very helpful about providing us with the information needed to get the proper approvals and putting our minds at ease about any risk associated with any possible interruption of utilities.The start to finish took approximately one month as they had estimated and we did have good weather for the build. We were prepared by Suncor for every major milestone of the build. Our neighbor did experience a couple of broken sprinkler heads but Suncor replaced them right away with better equipment than he originally had. We were taught how to run the pool equipment and the chemicals and after a month of enjoying our pool we feel like we know what we are doing. There was an issue with the chlorinator not working properly but they fixed that within a couple of days. One piece of our flagstone coping cracked up and they had it fixed the next day. We feel we can call them anytime with questions or problems and they are there to help. The only part of the experience that Suncor could improve upon was the clean up. In all fairness, we did not go into detail on that part of the proposal. Suncor did clean up all the construction debris but we have some bare dirt and ruts left by the excavation. This was not a big factor to us as our yard is in need of a total landscape redo but that is in next year's budget. Last year was a tough year due to the drought. We will be contacting Suncor for our landscaping project as well based on our pool build experience with them.

Initially, their work was fine, but over a period of months, the quality of the yardwork began to decline. For example, our written contract stipulated that the shrubs would be trimmed weekly, but gradually, this time period began to stretch out longer and longer even though the monthly charge remained the same. Additionally,our written contract included spraying for insects, yet this was not appropriately completed, and as a result, quite a few shrubs and practically the entire front yard became infested with insects and literally, died. Further, it has just been brought to our attention that the flower beds that were to have been prepared with topsoil, are actually filled with clay....in other words, based on our experience, we would NOT recommend Suncor Services for any form of yard work.
