Description of Work: They cleaned the house top to bottom we have a fairly large house approx 2800 sqft and while it is mostly clean Sheila comes in and does all my floors even the stairs and the counter and my tubs showers and sinks for me since those are the things I let slide mostly and it is great. House smells nice n clean when they leave n the floors look great and they grab all the trash from around the house as well. I would recommend her, in fact I have already started sending friend her contact info.

Description of Work: The lady that showed up was extremely friendly and personable. She did show up on time and was easy to talk to. I wish the work that was done matched her personality. She had someone to help her, and even though I have a big house, every room I went in felt like it was only halfway done. The bathtubs were done well, but my sons toilet was dirty. Floors were good, but most rooms were not dusted, and the ceiling fans weren't done, which is one thing I wanted. The media room couch was vacuumed but when you pull up the cushions, they weren't vacuumed underneath. I gave her an extra 60 to stay and finish, but when I walked up my stairway,it was full of dirt and dust. Anyway, I felt that for the money, it wasn't worth it to me because I had to go back and do a lot myself. I will keep looking!!

The coupon you purchase was only for 6 hour, with 2 people we only stay 3 hours. I explained to you that your house was 1200 sq. ft over the limit and there would be an additional charge for the whole house. I ask you what did you want me to focus on? You stated - mainly the dusting, vacuuming, moping, & cleaning all four restrooms, and that your son restroom was the worst. Your son toilet and tub was terribly stained and rusted I told you that I would do my very best and that I did. I was in your son restroom for one hour and the master bathroom for one hour and thirty minutes, there was a lot of thick scum and stains in the shower, but I wanted to stay until it was clean . My employee and I dusted all ceiling fans and every piece of furniture in your house twice, because the dust was very thick, I even stood in your bed after asking you, could I, in order to dust the top of the head board. Remember, this was a regular cleaning even thou I did a deep cleaning in your house, because you were my customer for that day. Pulling up the sofa cushions is not part of the coupon, I do vacuum the top of my customers sofas, out of courtesy. I wish you would have called me, I would have gladly came back and did whatever I needed to do, just to make you feel that you did get your money’s worth. I take pride In the work that I do.

I am not the right cleaning company that did your work. I always stay in control of my business. I always go to my customers home and give them a quote, if they choose me to do the work. I go back and clean. This means I go to my customers house twice. I have never been to your house. If my customers are not satisfied. I always clean until they are satisfied. Description of Work: I called several maid services that never even bothered to answer their phone or return messages. Luckily I reached Sheila and she was a pleasure to work with. I wanted someone to come out the next day to clean up dust that I couldn't stand to look at for another minute that was from a construction project. She was reasonably priced & prompt too! My only complaint is that she didn't get all the cooking grease off of the vent hood & surrounding cabinets in the kitchen.

When I first saw this thick grease I told you that I will try to get this off, but I do not know how much I can get off, because it was so much grease. When I finished your house, I took you on a tour. I showed you that I did get most of the thick grease off of the wood vent and surrounding cabinets. I suggested to you that I could put a product on there and let it sit overnight, you stated that's ok. If you were unhappy, I wish you would have told me. This service was in April, but if you want me to come back now and put a product on the wood vent and surrounding cabinets, I will gladly to do this.

Description of Work: Move In Cleaning - quality was not there. I was expecting top to bottom clean and I went over TWICE with the folks on the phone what I was expecting to make sure the services were included. The baseboards were not near as clean as the could have been had they been hand wiped and we had to call the company BACK out to clean the ventahood on the stove - and even after the second cleaning it was still covered in old greasy film. My husband took some good ole dawn dishwashing liquid on a wet rag and wiped the film right off - no effort! Yet somehow the cleaning crew couldn't get it off?? Definitely not the service I was hoping for. The Office folks are nice and the cleaners were punctual. But the quality in service is what killed my rating.

She was very professional, courteous, and punctual, very friendly. I had a party at my place, she deep cleaned my house, plus she pick up the containers and cleaned my front porch. I did not even ask her to clean my front porch. Sheila cleaned my house as if it was her house. She did a follow-up call, to see was my wife ok with the cleaning. Excellent Customer Service.

The cleaning of my house was excellent as always. Sheila was excellent customer service. The guys pressure washed my place of business and they did a fantastic job. I do use Spotless Cleaning Biz (Sheila) weekly for my cleaning. I only want her to do the cleaning and she make sure she does the job.

Spotless Cleaning Biz, cleaned the hall very good. The hall was 4,000 sq. ft. I was able to get my cleaning deposit back. They started cleaning up 1 hour before the party ended. The employees were very professional and courteous. The manager (Sheila) called back just to make sure that I received my cleaning deposit back. Excellent customer service. I will always use this company for my cleaning.
