I called and within 48 hrs I had received a call back from the company wanting to schedule an appointment for the service I had requested. I had forgotten to call back and was impressed when they contacted me again hoping to schedule an appointment. They were able to make it to our house within two days and performed the job within a few hours. My husband was very impressed and said they were very informative. They cleaned up after themselves and said they would send us an invoice.
