They were on time, explained what they were going to do and did a great job. We've remained mosquito-free in the following weeks and I would definitely hire them again.

Arrived on time. Checked to see if I had any questions. They had not initially warned me that all animals had to be taken in for at least 2 hours after spraying. It was almost a problem until I found my cat. Other than that, everything went fine. The pesticide has not worked for as long as they claim.

This was a special, so it only did the backyard, which was fine. The service worked - eliminated the mosquitoes. Since it was the end of summer I can not say how long it would have lasted, but we saw immediate relief. I would use them again for next summer.

They came out and provided the service. Very cordial and friendly. Spraying only took a few minutes.

He was really nice. We have had some rains recently and still no mosquitoes.

The guy who showed up actually came earlier than they had initially said. He was very efficient and very pleasant to work with.

He did just fine, but the spraying only last 1 and 1/2 months at the most ,not 3 .

The customer service personnel for Sovereign is excellent. I had to reschedule multiple times and they were always polite and kind. Jay was my service technician and he did an excellent job.

One time treatment, it lasted as it was described! It was wonderful. Service schedule promptly. Everything was great!!

It came out just fine. They were very polite, and considerate. I think they're very thorough. They were prompt based on what we finally got scheduled.

I wasn't there , but my grandson (who is an adult) said that they were gone in what seemed like 5 minutes. We'll see how effective it was. My grandson's wife said that she had alot of trouble finding out what was in the spray. She wanted to know in case her 2 year old son became allergic to the spray. (I have filled out several of these reports, so please do not ask me again!)

Great, they are very professional. I couldn't believe that spraying could actually get rid of the nasty pests. The spraying lasted about a month and this is my second treatment. I have two beagles that love to smell outside and this was done for them. I have a fenced patio home and the deal was just right for me.

I enjoyed it. I like that he was very professional and very nice. I didn't believe that that would help but it did help surprisingly. So I was pleased. I would definitely recommend them. He was very nice. They have a very good price. He was very honest with what would work or what would not. He was on time with the appointment.

It went great. no issues scheduling. they were here when they told me and they were only here for 25 minutes...did their job and left. Mosquitos have been much reduced and we are enjoying our backyard.

I had an appointment at 7:00p.m. in the evening and the technician was waiting outside my home at 6:40p.m. He was very personable and professional. The gentleman performed the service in a timely manner and checked to see if there was anything else I needed. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future. Very reasonably priced and the lady I spoke with to schedule was very friendly and helpful. She thoroughly explained the services they offered and there was no hard sale which I appreciated.

I bought this through Angie's List. In the past I have always thought that any vendor offerings featured on Angies were a good reputable deal. Not now. When the guy from Sovereign came to our house he was on time. He was unprofessional, I thought he may have smoked marijuana before coming. Since I had bought this on Angie's List, at a discount, I felt like he didn't value my business. and quot;Hey, you got a discount lady.and quot; Would I use them again? NO --- however my review is about one of their employees, not them. The company is probably good. I would not use them again. A company that hires such a rube is not a company I want to deal with.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it went well. They did a good job.

Guy came early before I got home. Began work and did more footage than purchased. Treated for ants and around house on his own without asking. Super nice and hard working. Quick and efficient. One time service purchased.

The service was good. There were no additional charges. They did a good job.
