Sovereign Pest Control

Sovereign called me and scheduled a date within a few days. The technician arrived and was very courteous and informative. He advised keeping the dogs in until abut 2 hours after spraying (the product is safe for pets but just to be sure and not allow the dogs to carry the spray into the house). The spraying took about 20 minutes. Afterward he told me about the company, the services they offer and answered all my questions. We were completely mosquito (and bug!) free for about 2 1/2 weeks. The Angie's deal let me try mosquito spraying at a great price. The regular price is higher so we will have to think about getting it again. I know that regular spraying will eventually reduce the mosquito population to a minimum. It was a great experience.

Great. Have used them before for mosquitoes and always worked great. Gentleman that performed the service was very nice, went over and beyond service. Will always use them again and may look into their other services.

It was difficult to schedule an appointment, wasn't a local center. I had to call twice and I may have left an email too. We purchased an Angie's List Deal for a mosquito spray treatment and didn't notice any difference after.

I would definitely recommend their services. I noticed an immediate difference in our yard. Unfortunately, it rained for several days after so we weren't able to enjoy it for long. I will be getting another treatment soon.

They did the work while I was away, so I can't comment on punctuality and professionalism. However, scheduling was easy, and the treatment seems to have been effective.

I did not need to be home for the service to be performed. I left the coupon under the front mat and someone came by during the time scheduled and treated the area around my house. No complaints. I am satisfied with the work that was done.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was good. I had it scheduled, and I wasn't here when they did it. The spray was effective for the time frame that they said it would be. This was the first time that I used them. It was exactly what I wanted, I bought the big deal, I scheduled it, and they came and did exactly what they said they would do. I was satisfied with them.

Sprayed the yard for mosquito control. It worked great for about 8 weeks which was longer than expected. They also upgraded service for one year to return and spray interior/exterior for any other pest control.

The service itself was fine, the treatment works very well. That's why we ordered the second time which actually created a problem because they don't typically offer the second time. There was a confusion between the Angie's List ad. They honored it and they did their job but there was an issue on the Angie's List side. The guy that came out was very good, on time, the treatment works perfectly and the company was very easy to work with.

Technician was polite, educated, and prompt. He sprayed in the yard and around my garage for mosquitos. For several days, we enjoyed a mosquito-free yard. However, the mosquitos returned more quickly than I had hoped.

It was good. It covers you to a three week or four week period. So it is hard to tell as compared to a regular pest service that does everything but we seemed to have a reduction in it and they came on time and they did their job and they were courteous. It took them a while to be able to come out.

They did a good job. We noticed a sharp drop off of mosquito activity after the treatment, which lasted for a few weeks. I don't hold it against them on how long it lasts, because we had a lot of rain after the treatment, which impacts the duration of the protection. I'll likely call them out again in the spring.

He did an excellent job and explained what he was doing and why. Also explained the types of pests we had, carpenter ants etc.

Everything went well. The gentleman who came to provide the service was very nice and personable. He explained what he was going to do, then let me know when he was finished. It didn't take more than a half hour.

Technician arrived on the dot of the agreed-on time. He was very efficient, fast and answered my questions without hesitation. I definitely would recommend and use this company again. I especially valued the technician's punctuality.

My experience with them was great. They came out for what I had paid and that was it. I would recommend them. They came out when they were supposed to. They did a thorough job, and they were polite. Everything went good. I would use them again if necessary in a heartbeat.
