Description of Work: Waste of time and money. We purchased the pest control and Yard Fire ant treatment. They showed up as scheduled and did the interior treatment and left, we then actually started seeing lot of ants in our home which were not there earlier. They did not do the yard fire ant treatment, I had to call and ask them to do it again for which they did it and is of no use. Will never use their services again.

Description of Work: The offer had asked for three possible scheduling dates which I had provided. In speaking with the representative he could not confirm a future date for the extermination saying he would get back to me. I found that totally unsatisfactory. This offer was through a different purveyor in 2013 (which I purchased)...I suggest you go back to them...the name was [Name removed].

Description of Work: Sovereign Pest Control performed their "Pet Services" by spraying the yard and inside the house. The representative said I shouldn't see any more pests for the next 6 months, but it didn't hardly put a dent into the problem. When it didn't work as hoped for, I started spraying the house and yard and the problem is under control.
