Description of Work: Sprayed back yard for mosquitoes. It had been raining for several days. They sprayed the yard anyway and told me it was too wet to be effective. A respray after it dried out would be at regular cost which was more than I was willing to pay. Treatment needed to be repeated every three months which made the whole deal cost prohibitive. I would have been satisfied with the deal if they had re-scheduled when they saw the yard was too wet to be effective.
