The two men that we had were excellent. They understood our complex move which entailed moving our belongings from one house and taking them to two different places, one out of state. They did it all effortlessly and without any mistakes. They took care of our possessions carefully. They were friendly and professional. I wopuld happily use them again anf recommend them highly..

The office personnel (Michael) was very informative and helpful in setting-up the move, and explaining the services & charges. The actual movers (Luis & Pedro) were fantastic: friendly, professional and accommodating. The moving process could not have been smoother, and I would highly recommend Smart Penny Moving!

I had 2 days to find a mover to move furniture out of the house to make room for a hospital in our living room as a bedroom. Smart Penny Moving was extremely accommodating and set up a move for the afternoon after I contacted them. They did an excellent job putting furniture in the garage, protecting the front door and the furniture. The movers were very personable and professional.

Wrapped almost everything, fast, great work

SmartPenny Moving was amazing! Their web site is super user friendly and makes the pre-move logistics way easier. No on-site quote was needed. They arrived in the first half-hour of our window and were able to lift heavy awkward furniture easily. SmartPenny was conscientious and communicative throughout the move and they provided padding for my furniture, resulting in no damage whatsoever. I definitely recommend them and will book them again in the future.

Smart Penny Moving was absolutely fantastic! They were recommended to me from a colleague, and I'm so happy I went with them. It was easy to schedule online, and the estimate was pretty spot on. Not only was it was convenient, but the movers that came were fantastic! They were on time, efficient, and so respectful. They carefully moved all my stuff, and even asked if they could wipe water off my front step so they didn't track water into my house. They were great, and I highly recommend them. Oleg who is manager is fantastic. There were a few issues/problems that occurred in the move, & he remedied them with care, diligence, & professionalism.

The guys were on time, polite, did all I asked them. I would have rated them higher, but they struggled with moving the fridge and marked up my front stairs. The good thing is that there were no marks on the newly finished wood floors

The Smart Penny Moving team was wonderful! The day of our scheduled move it was pouring rain! They moved quickly and made sure everything was protected. We would highly recommend their services!

Mike the foreman was very friendly and helpful. He directed the other 2 men so the move was quick. The only thing I would mention is that even though the deposit is charged to your credit card when it comes to paying the bill the policy is 3% extra charge if you use a credit card otherwise no extra charge if paid in cash or by check. This was not mentioned when I booked the company.
