I was not completely satisfied. I have never had anyone clean my carpet before, so I don't know if this is right or not but they only used water. They left spots that I was later able to get up. There are dark spots around the edge of the wall where the heating and cooling system has pulled dust up around the edges and they didn't clean that. I asked them about it and they said they never do that. They came on time and the guy they sent was a nice person. He was conscientious and did his work. I might shop around next time. Some of the companies I looked into repair carpet imperfections, when I asked them if they would they said they don't do that. The main reason I chose them was because the things I read on the internet said they quote you a price and that's the price and that they don't try to sell you anything when they come out. I did find that to be true.
