Arrived on time, highly professional, very nice, and did great work. Would recommend to anyone.

The cleaning of my upholstery didn’t work well because I waited too long for the cleaning. When they came, we found that my carpeting area was larger than the deal covered and they offered a great deal. They were very friendly, worked really hard, and I liked them!

If I need carpet cleaning again for any other areas of my home, I will use this company again. The best part about the service was no one tried to sell me any extra services. Awesome!

Charlie arrived on the dot, quickly surveyed my rooms, provided me an estimate and on agreement immediately went to work. He was very courteous as well as professional. The van and equipment was very clean. Certain stains could not be removed but that is expected. I am extremely satisfied.

Charlie responds through phone, text or email. The communication was great which is important for me. He didn't try to pressure-sell me any additional services or products. He showed up on time, was courteous and respectful. My carpet looked brand new when he got done. The last time I had these carpets "cleaned" you couldn't even tell they had been cleaned once they were done drying. The coupon I received by booking via Angie's List got me a 50% discount. Great service, great product, great price.

The provider was punctual and did a good job. Several small stains remained on the carpet which apparently he was not able to clean. This is the second time I have had Serenity Carpets and I have been pleased with the price and results

I contacted Serenity Carpet Cleaning for a estimate and service date. Within a very pleasant 5 minute phone call, I had an appointment set up for 2 days later. The provider was very nice, and was in and out very quickly. He explained everything before he started, and the after care when he was finished. Our carpet looks great! Even better then when we moved in! We will definitely be using them again if we ever need our carpets cleaned!

The prompt, friendly and professional gentleman showed up and had me walk him around to the rooms I wanted cleaned. He got right to work. He was very thorough. I didn't find any places left untouched.

I talked to Charlie on the phone, and we talked about what needed to be done and the price. We scheduled the appointment. He showed up at my house on time. We quickly reviewed what would be done and looked at the areas he would work in. He expressed concern about my cat being out and about, so I confined my cat in a space where he would not be in the way or scared. Charlie did the work, and I paid him. The carpet and upholstery that Charlie worked on came our beautifully. My husband and I are very happy with the service. I paid Charlie when he was done with the work.

I was looking for a carpet cleaning service, but had some less than happy previous experiences (additional charges, high pressure sales of extra services). So when I saw Serenity's Big Deal "$149 for 4 Rooms of Professional, Truck Mounted, Hot Water Extraction Carpet Cleaning with Deodorizing!", I was interested but a little scared, especially since I had never purchased a deal through Angie's before. I emailed a few questions directly to Serenity and Clay emailed me back within 15 minutes (on a Sunday night). I really appreciated the prompt and complete answers. So I bought the Big Deal from Angie's. Two weeks later I called and made my appointment. They were very courteous and were able to accommodate my schedule. On the day of the appointment, Charlie from Serenity arrived on time and was super friendly. He walked through the house and let me explain the areas needing special attention. He volunteered that the Angie's deal provided for enough square footage to cover the entire area I wanted cleaned. He worked diligently and methodically through all areas. He first pretreated. Then as he cleaned, he moved the (moveable) furniture as he went, and carefully put it back on protective Styrofoam blocks as he finished each area. After the cleaning, I was able to pay the additional reasonable amount Clay had explained in his email to have Teflon put down as a stain protector. They did what they said for the agreed price, with no upcharges and no sales pitches for irrelevant extra services which had soured my encounters with previous vendors. The carpets look wonderful. Overall a GREAT experience and I will definitely call them again. Thank you Serenity, Charlie and Angie!

Work was performed as contracted...but absolutely no follow-up if there is a problem or if something needs to be re-worked. I would not do business with Serenty Carpet again nor would I recommend...Serenty Carpet does not return calls.

Contacted the company and was able to schedule an appointment right away. Company very professional, showed up on time, did an excellent job cleaning a couch and loveseat. Furniture looked so much better after the cleaning. Definitely will call again should the need arise.

Needed carpet cleaned for sale. Came in when house was empty and cleaned the carpets.

He arrive on time. Did his work quietly and effectively. No much else to say.

We used a cleaning deal that we bought from Angie's list, but because we had had a pipe break, we added other services before the cleaning actually took place. Everything was done well except the cleaning.

Charlie was prompt and cleaned as specified by the new parents-without harsh chemicals.

Quote was reasonable. Company called me back very quickly. Actually scheduled a service date, however, unbeknownst to me, my wife had already scheduled someone else to come and make the repair that morning. Serenity was very understanding. Will use them in the future if needed.

Vendor was here on time and finished in about 1 1/2 hours. He was clean and I was alone and felt very safe with him in my house.He was trustworthy and so kind. Angie it is so nice you do all the background checks as it pays off. The workers are clean anddo not appear to poise any threat in this troubling times. Thanks again.

I was amazed at how much better the carpets looked after a professional cleaning. I had been using a home carpet cleaning machine, but this was 100% better. The carpets looked new after he finished.

Terrific. Charlie shoed up exactly when he said he would. Cleaned all the areas described, all stains came out, carpet looked & smell wonderfully fresh again. He was quick and thorough.
