Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Charlie arrived promptly and we walked throughout the house discussing what we felt would be needed and in which areas. He gave me a price and began cleaning. I had one room with concerns, but he did an awesome job. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome and will continue using them in the future.

Our dog marked her territory multiple times in 2 of our bedrooms and we wanted to have them cleaned properly. We've used Clean As A Whistle in the past and have always been pleased with them, but they're pricey. This was a great deal and we were very happy with Serenity. They cleaned 3 rooms and our hall and did a great job. The carpet was nice and soft when it dried.

Everything was fine, although it was not possible to remove all stains. I was advised not to spot clean with over the counter products as they can cause the dirt to get embedded into the fabric.

The were very easy to deal with. I set the appointment and they called to let me know they were coming and were on time. They did an excellent job and got out stains that other cleaners could not. I used a coupon I got on Angie's list and am very pleased with the service, quality and price. I will call them when my carpet needs cleaning again.

I used an Angie's List coupon and had our carpets cleaned by Serenity. Additionally, I had them clean 3 rugs (they took one to the shop to clean). They did an exceptional job! The prices were very good and the carpets looked great. They took the time to cover the feet of our furniture, too. We will definitely use them again in the future!

The young man arrived on time and surveyed the carpet. He noted a few stained areas and we discussed the cause and length of time it had been there. He brought in his equipment from the van and started cleaning. He was thorough and mindful of the furniture. The stains were completely removed and the carpet looks great. I am very pleased with his work. This is a great company.

We hired Serenity the day before our open house and couldn't have asked for anything more! Fantasic service and super nice people! We are now highly considering them for bi-weekly cleaning on the new home. Also, their steam cleaner removed spots not even Stanley Steamer could remove....

The job was straightforward and went as expected. The Serenity cleaner arrived on time, set up the cleaning apparatus and worked through each room according to the terms of the deal. It was not steam-cleaning, but a professional water vacuum rig that was drawn across the carpet akin to a vacuum sweeper. The cleaner was thorough and complete, cleaning all exposed areas of carpet. Small furniture were moved ahead of the cleaning. Large furniture, such as beds were not moved, but cleaned around as much as possible. The job was done on time and in a reasonable period of time. Nothing was damaged or left unfinished.

My cleaner was prompt, courteous, and fast. He was done in less than a hour, and my carpet loos 100% better.

He was a very nice and hardworking young man. He was very honest and I got exactly what I paid for.

First, I will address the "Fair" rating on responsiveness. I called six times over the course of 2 1/2 weeks, each time leaving my name, number, and indicated that I wished to make an appointment. I did not receive a return call to any of my messages. Becoming quite frustrated and needing to get the carpet cleaned ASAP, I read several more reviews on Angie's List, of which a few indicated that Serenity was responsive via text. I tried this as well, to no avail. I then tried the alternative number listed on Angie's List, but never left a message after there was no answer. As a last resort a few days later, I used Angie's List to email the company. Within an hour I had a call back and had an appointment scheduled. To his credit, Charlie apologized profusely and worked with me to find a time that accommodated my schedule. Please note that while I was quite irritated with the lack of responsiveness, I still indicate that I would use the company again in the future and gave them an overall "A," as I believe (from reading the multitude of Angie's List reviews) that my experience was an abberation rather than the standard. I do understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances change business rhythms, normal operations, etc. The rest of my experience was very good. On the phone, Charlie gave me the time he would be there and an estimated time to complete the job. On the service day, he showed up 5 minutes early and was in the act of cleaning by the time my appointment window started...which worked fantastic for me. He was very professional and seems like a genuinely respectable, down-to-earth individual. The cleaning process worked very well, getting up all stains that I expected. When all was said and done, he nailed the time estimate and I received exactly what I was expecting from the service. Overall, I believe the Angie's List deal of $149 is a great value for the quality of the service.

Carpets and upholstery look great! Serenity was able to get out some very, very old pet stains. Gentleman was very professional yet very personable. He worked alone but was very efficient. I would not hesitate to use Serenity again.

They did a really good job. I saw an area of the carpet that wasn't stretched all the way and he came back the very next day. I was impressed with their responsiveness and quality of work.
