Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Great company. We have used them several times. The gentleman always works to fit us into his schedule and shows up on time. he pretreats the really dirty spots and then steam cleans the carpets. Always does an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

It took a long time for him to get back to me. I was about to give up, then he finally responded to my phone call asking (again) to make an appointment. Appointment made and he arrived on time. I was very pleased with the outcome. He actually did more than he needed to, and I was thrilled with the results. Stains that had been there quite a while amazing were gone. I will call him again next year to come back.

This is second year in a row we have used them, love them, the best I have ever had. Carpet is always clean and smell so fresh.

The guy that came out was really nice on the price that he charged us knowing that we had double pad carpets. It was like we had bought two big deals, he just let us pay the equivalent of another big deal because we actually have about twice that much. The only problem I encountered with him was when I had I visitor at my house and I told him, he waited on his van and he was smoking which was unprofessional.

What an AWESOME experience Technician showed up on time and went above and beyond what we expected. After the initial walk-through we pointed out a few extra spots in another room. He took care of those without blinking an eye! He was quick, professional and paid attention to detail. Great experience, we will definitely use this company again!!

They were professional, prompt, efficient and did a thorough job. The Carpets have kept the just cleaned look for almost a month now. I am very pleased.

He was very prompt, even arriving early. Carpet was not overly wet, and cleaned extremely well. Also did staircase, which was not included in original price.We have a long haired white cat, so that was a challenge also. My carpets looked amazing, and he got every spot except one red one. Of course red dye is basically impossible to remove, but he still managed to lighten it up significantly. I've used several carpet cleaning services before, and Serenity is one of the best. The carpet also smelled very fresh after the service.

We left several detailed voice messages over a two week period requesting an appointment and received no response from the provider. Ended up giving up and contracting someone else.

It must have been a rush job because the stains in the carpet reappeared. Most likely I will have the carpet removed and install new carpeting.

Charlie came on time and steam cleaned the carpet in our entire house in a couple of hours. A few stains did not come out but everything else did and we have very clean carpets now. He was professional and courteous and I would recommend him.

Super job! Took less than 90 minutes and job was well done. Can't see anything missed and carpet look rejuvenated.

The carpet cleaning they did was very good. They showed up on time and did a good job. My complaint with the company is that it took at least 1 week to get in touch with the company to schedule the job. This is not a large operation but I feel they need someone to answer their phone, and in a professional way. I called at least three times to try to schedule an appointment. Once I called the main number and the owner's dad answered and said "Hello?"...not the way a business would answer the phone. I thought I had called the wrong number. Then told me I'd have to call back because his son handles the appointments. Get a designated business line for your business, and hire an answering service to take your appointments, please.

This was the second time I purchased the Angies List Deal offered by Serenity Carpets. I was completely satisfied the first time around, and my carpets were cleaner than I thought possible. This time around when Charles arrived I pointed out areas that needed to be restretched. He completed the cleaning and both of us forgot to check all of the restretch spots. When I realized that he missed some restretch areas I called and schedule him to come out for that follow up which he did promptly. He had to move furniture in the upstairs great room to get it lying flat again which he had not expected when he first came and quoted the job. He did it all himself very graciously and allowed me to vacuum after he moved the furniture and before he moved it back. I was very pleased with the service and the price.

They responded to my voice message quickly. The technician showed up on time, and was courteous and efficient. We have a large house and I feel that we got very good value for the money we spent. I would definitely use them again.

No services performed. Company never returned any of the 4 calls.

There was no service rendered by this outfit, because no one responded to my request for service. There's a message here: Dads, don't hire your sons to work in your business, especially if it's a service business. They believe they can't be fired and don't mind sleeping on the job.

Used an Angie's List Coupon. While I didn't get a phone call after paying via Angie's List, Charlie responded to my text query and came at the requested scheduled time. He sent a text letting me know he was on his way, and arrived on time. He reviewed the areas needing cleaning, assured me he would take care of them. Charlie worked all the areas, they came out looking great. He was professional and efficient.

They did great work, it went really well. They get spots out that no one else can get out. They always show up on time, clean up after themselves, very professional.

They are awesome. I would recommend them and they are great. They are on time, prompt, and thorough. They went out of their way to move furniture and shampoo areas where normally companies will not shampoo. They were in and out and were quick.

Arrived on time. Did the work. Looked fantastic. Done on time. He left. I was happy.
