Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

A+ service from start to finish. Promptly called back to schedule service, showed up on time. Completed service well. Was knowledgable and friendly. I have had a LOT of different companies come out to clean my carpets over the past 8 years. I have never used the same company twice (until now), because there was always something I wasn't satisfied with. I have actually placed a call to have them come out again.

Serenity Carpet And Upholstery is the epitome of what Angiie's List is all about. I contacted Serenity for carpet cleaning services. Leonard Nunez returned my call promptly. He explained their price structure and gave me an estimate over the phone. When I mentioned Angie's List, he immediately told me about the special offer for A List customers. He scheduled services at my convenience and quickly sent an email confirmation of date and time. He called to reconfirm the day before the appointment. When they were running late from a prior job, so he called to let me know they were be 30 minutes late. When they arrived, Leonard did a walk thru to confirm the work to be done and answered questions. He reconfirmed the price before beginning work. He and hs crew were professional, knowledgeable, polite and thorough. They kept me informed throughout the job on what techniques they were using and why. They did a beautiful job on carpets that were way past due for cleaning. He let me know what other services they offer. I will definitely use him again when the need arises.

They did a great job. They're very thorough and they were on time. There was a spot that came up afterwards and we called them, they came back out and took care of it. We went above and beyond the big deal, it wasn't a whole lot though. He did all the upholstery and stuff. They were very good.

Charlie showed up on time and did a great job. He was able to clean old berber carpet and made it look almost new again. I'm going to have them come back to clean the couches and chairs for sure. It's been a few months, but if I remember correctly I didn't get a confirmation the day or two before the appointment but that was the only downside to the experience.

Senerity scheduled pick-up and arrived at appointed time. Helped my wife move furniture and carefully picked up rug with due consideration for surrounding travertine floor. Returned rug ahead of original est date. Were careful putting rug down with proper padding and assisting moving furniture - were very professional

I have used Serenity before and was very pleased with the work done and the professionalism of the people. Again, they were great to work with and very professional in their conduct. I had them clean my rent house carpets after a renter had moved out. The carpets were very stained and had pet stains and odors. The tile was very dirty and the grout stained. They arrived a few hours later than originally planned due to a larger than expected job at the previous home. I was called and let known the circumstances and given a new arrival time. They came on time and did an exceptional job on the carpets and tile. They explained everything they were doing and why and the 15 year old carpets looked like new. The tile came clean and looked great. I had them put a sealant on the carpet in the high traffic areas. Leonard worked with me on the invoicing so I could separate the tennents part of the payment from the general cleaning of the house. They are a pleasure to work with and took great pains and time to thoroughly clean the house. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service at a reasonable price! Charlie arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the sofa. It smelled great when he was finished. This is the only carpet/upholstery cleaning service we will use from now on!

Scheduling was convenient (it was no problem to get our desired appointment window with only a few days notice). They called ahead to confirm they were on the way and showed up well within our window. We did a walk through with Leonard, showed him our trouble areas and he set realistic expectations about what we should expect, which he then exceeded. The carpets look great. We also had 2 area rugs cleaned, one of which was stained due to our own efforts to clean it before calling in professionals. It looks new again. I found both gentlemen to be very personable. I would recommend this service and will definitely use this company again.

We had some scheduling problems, or the score would have been higher. They did do an extra area or so to make up for the scheduling confusion. The work was fine, once we had them out there to perform the servce. I would still give them another try if I saw a special again and needed cleaning.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They came out the day before we actually moved to the house. He was late so I called him but we were able to compromise and make arrangements for him to be at another time so that it wouldn't be a problem for me. He came and did a good job. I was pleased. He helped me get it dry so that it would be ready when we move in.

Serenity Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning were all right. They weren't spectacular, but it was adequate. The worker was personable and did a good job. It didn't last, like he told me that it would, but I think that's pretty typical with carpet cleaning. It was the first time I had ever had my carpets cleaned.

Contact was initially made and scheduled for a day when my husband would be home from work. Provider failed to call or show so i called and he had forgotten. He offered to clean an additional room for free however, we had already mpved our furniture into other rooms so did not take advantage of this. We rescheduled and the appointment was fulfilled. Carpets look close to new and I am satisfied with my purchase.
