+ -1 moreLeonard Nunez certainly knows his business. He and his crew did a quick but very thorough job. There was a problem with our particular kind of carpet which created some waves in the carpeting. Leonard assured me that this was only temporary and would disappear as soon as the carpet was dry. I admit that I had some doubts, but was truly amazed when I saw the completely clean and flat carpet the next morning. I would recommend Serenity Carpet cleaning to all my friends.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned 345 square feet of wall to wall commercial carpet. Steam cleaned 44 stairs of commercial carpet.

Once the appointment was made the provider was on time and thorough. The final cost was exact to the original estimate. the carpet stains did reappear 1 week later but my carpet is very old.

+ 0 moreThings went great. They called at the beginning of the service window to confirm the time and then arrived a few minutes earlier than promised. They worked hard and did the job in a timely fashion. My carpet looks like new. They gave me some tips on how to preserve the carpet and put a sealant on it to repel stains. I will definitely use again.
Description of Work: Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning did carpet cleaning and stain removal for our upstairs bedroom and hallway. They also cleaned an upholstered chair. I bought a Big Deal and added several things on to the job.

Description of Work: This is the complaint I filed with Houston BBB: Complaint Type: Customer Service Issues Description of Complaint: I performed a review through Angies List for a reputable carpet cleaning company. Serenity Carpet Care / Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning read to be the number one service. I therefore submitted an email 10-3-2013 requesting to schedule an appointment. I had no response; I have also called and left three additional phone messages telling them I did not even need the cleaning performed before the holidays. I never received any response to my attempted contacts. With this being, their customer service I do not know how they have the rating they have through Angies List. Desired Settlement: Other (requires explanation) Desired Outcome Description: At this time and submitting a complaint I do not feel they would perform there service to the best of their ability. I do feel they at least owe me an apology and improve their customer service.

Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $149 for 4 rooms of professional, truck mounted, hot water extraction carpet cleaning with deodorizing. They cleaned the carpet in the house. The cleaned the carpet in the game room and 3 bedrooms. They also cleaned the stairs.

When I called on Monday, 10/21, able to get an appointment for Wednesday afternoon (today). I was told that they would be here between 3 pm and 6 pm - at 3 pm received call that they would be here at 3:30 pm - very punctual and professional. We have older carpet and have dogs - the house and the carpets smell much better after the cleaning. Will definitely use this company again.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. He was a professional. I could tell that he was thorough and knew what he was doing. My carpets looked new and smelled fresh, even where my Shih-tzu liked to potty. I was ready to look at replacing my carpets, but after he came, I realized that with regular carpet cleaning, I will get 3-4 more years out of them before I will have to replace them. Yay!
Description of Work: Did a fantastic job cleaning my bedroom and LR carpets. I have since had the LR carpet replaced with wood, but I will call them back to make my BRs and care rugs look great and smell fresh again!

+ 2 moreThey were very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They showed up on their appointed time. It took them about 6 or 7 hours to complete the work with three crew members. They called me soon after I purchased the deal to schedule the work to be done.
Description of Work: I purchased the deal for Four Rooms of Professional, Truck Mounted, Carpet Steam Cleaning. They also did two more rooms on top of that, four large throw rugs, stretched the carpet in all the rooms and cleaned our patio furniture and the stairs as well.

Description of Work: I Placed my order on AngiesList on 9/26. Rapid Connect offered me provider will contact me on or before 9/30. But provider contacted me on 10/1 and said that they cannot perform service on the date when I want. When I compare over all, they did not get back to me immediately, and I already paid thru angieslist, my money gone from bank. Now I have to request for refundand it will take a couple of days. I was waiting for a response from them to schedule my service and once they said they are not available, now I have to find some one else. Total wastage of time and money.
