Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

He did a pretty good job, but didn't clean as deep as I had hoped. I think he gave everything a once over.

Service was professional They told me of other services available but I did not feel like they were trying to sell me on future services there is a fine line between selling and feeling pressured I will use Serenity again

I have 2 cats so there was alot of cat hair and he did a fantastic job. I have given his information to others looking for carpet/furniture cleaning and I would use him again. It was a great experience. He was late but he called to inform me and give me a new arrival date.

They were on time and went to work immediately, explaining all that they were doing and products applied. They were quite professional.

Extremely friendly and professional service. They did an amazing job on my bright orange microsuede couch- it looks nearly new.

Very professional. Promptly returned calls. I had Serenity clean and seal all of the tile floors in my bathrooms and my utility room, including the master shower Results were good. The grout lines in the high traffic areas remained dark instead of back to their original tan color but the tile and grout were cleaner. I guess I was hoping the cleaning in the high traffic areas would return the grout to close to the original color.

Everything went well, and they did a good job with the cleaning. We had no problems with the service.

I received a speedy response after I bought the coupon. Appointment was set for next day. Provider called me when they headed my way and arrived early. Very professional and wore shoe covers. I showed them what rooms I needed cleaned and he measured to make sure they were within the coupon parameters. No extra charge because it was a few feet over. Carpet is old and has pet odor/stains. I didn't expect a miracle and I advised him that it would be replaced in the near future with laminate flooring. He was very pleasant and polite. He offered odor and disinfectant service, but I declined due to impending replacement. He didn't press the issue, nor seem upset. I really just needed the carpet cleaned for an upcoming family visit and was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful job they did. It looks wonderful. Overall, it took about an hour to do the four rooms. If I was going to keep carpet in my home, I would use them in the future for cleaning. I will definitely consider them when it is time to seal grout on any new tile.

They responded to the original call quickly. On the visit to our home, they kept me informed on the time of arrival, they arrived a bit early. They cleaned the large area rug and applied a protector to the rug. We talked, while they were cleaning the rug about our new sofa, two chairs and ottoman, that were just re-upholstered. I decided to have them protect the 2 chairs & ottoman. The sofa at the time, we thought had a fabric protector applied at the manufacturer being new. All the work was done very nicely! Later we found out that the sofa didn't have a fabric protector applied. I called them again and they came back out and sprayed the sofa as well. They were running early on the last visit, so they called me and asked if arriving early would work, which it done. All the work was done in a timely manner! We are happy that they protected all of our new furniture. Great group of guys! They were very considerate of my time.

They responded to my request promptly. Kept me informed as to time of service, showed up on time and did the work in good time. They did an excellent job at a fair price. I will have them again.

I left several messages and never received a return call. I found it rude that this person never even responded! Why is Angie's List sponsoring this company considering they are obviously not accepting new business? This company did nothing but cost me time spent leaving message after message!

Their service was excellent. They were nice, polite, and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up well and I have no complaints. My daughter also used their service.

!. Received two calls from Leonard regarding eta. 2. Arrived on time & got right to work with three company representatives who I was introduced to. All three wore uniforms as well as foot covers. 3.The furniture including pillows cleaned first. This included dusting off cat hair. Everything looks like new including a love seat with a leather back and arms as well as the large foot rest. I may not even sell this couch etc. because it all looks wonderful. 4.Leonard, the Manager, kept me apprised of everything the team was doing. What a concept & as it should be! 5. The tile was prepped and also tested to determine if a sealant had been used when the tile was installed. It was not. This information allows for the proper choice of grout cleaner. 6.The 8x10 carpet in the living room was cleaned as well. It required a fair amount of spot cleaning as well as the regular cleaning. It looks close to new. 7.At the end, the guys cleaned up quickly & Leonard went over everything with me ie drying time for each different item. We discussed possibly getting a later assessment for the engineered wood floors. After determining if I had any further queries & or concerns, I paid the bill and later received a copy of it per e-mail. The Angie's List discount was applied as well as a request to evaluate this service. Overall, this day for my home was a solid A Plus. I would recommend this company to anyone. Serenity called when en-route and showed up on time. They were very professional and quick. The two mostly white silk blend couches were thoroughly cleaned and almost sparkle now. My grandmother's oriental rug was cleaned as well and looks really fresh. The couches were also treated with a solvent that helps repel dirt and water. The crew wore booties and even swept the floor on their way out the door. Everything dried by the next evening and looked fantastic. My search is over!

everything went well. some of the stains are still there, but not sure how long it's been there from previous owners. no complaints.

They took great care In cleaning the rugs and making sure they left the area clean too (there is an inevitable overspray to be cleaned up). They were kind and professional. I would hire them again. Warning - this is not a quiet process. The machinery is loud. Also, the rugs will be a bit wet when done.

Leo showed up with his crew on time, very friendly, professional and explained everything in detail on what was going to be done. Gave a quote for additional services like cleaning steps and applying Dupont coats ....Gave advice on how to keep the carpet in good condition. Output of work is money well spent and the carpet looks clean and new. Leo followed up with a call few days later to check if I had any issues with the carpet cleaning which I have not heard of from any other carpet cleaning company. Would definitely do business again. Cleaned two couches and two chairs, put fabric guard on all them and cleaned all the carpets in the house. They got every thing so clean everything almost look new. I have two large dog that slobber and track in dirt.

They were prompt in their reply and in and out while we were at work. The quality was better than we had hoped and we would definitely use them again.

Cleaned carpet and furniture. White Pottery Barn couch looks brand new after multiple stains over many years. He made sure he had the right cleaning for the fabric. Cost was a little higher than expected, but very pleased with service. Would use again.

Great job. Very professional and hard worker. They did not estimate the total square footage. The technician measured everything and then went straight to work. Job took seven hours and he never took more than a few minute break. I would definitely use them again.

Initial attempts to set up an appointment were difficult and frustrating. Serenity was not responsive, but ultimately were very accomodating when we finally were able to connect and set up the appointment. Once the appointment was scheduled, Serenity was great and they get As across the board on quality of services, professionalism, timeliness, efficiency, and helpfulness. On the date of service, Lorenzo did an excellent job of explaining the services I purchased through the Big Deal and the pricing for the additional services I needed done. They worked quickly and gave my home and furniture white glove treatment. I paid more than I wanted to but received quality services. I would hire this company again and will recommend them to others.

Furniture was moved to access all tile, quick vacuum, then steam cleaned all tile. Then came the deep cleaning of the grout and sealing. Great Job!

Original service was to clean grout. They did a good job on this, but unfortunately we agreed to additional service of cleaning carpet which was a huge waste of money. Had I just stuck with the original deal I would have been happy, but I feel like all the additional work I agreed to was a waste of money.

Serenity Carpet does a FANTASTIC job of cleaning even hard to clean carpet! Would definitely use them again!
