Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

It was not great but it was okay. They were prompt and convenient. They got the job scheduled when we wanted it. We did not feel like it really met our needs at the end but it could have been the tile or the grout or a lot of different things. It could have been a combination of different things but I would not blame it all on them. My interaction with them have been very good but I spent almost double the price of the big deal for the service. I would probably not use them again in the future.

They arrive on time and did a really good jog. I was offered extra services, but there was no hard sell involved. I bought the additional services I needed. They used heavy-duty fans to speed up the drying process, which I really appreciated. Disposable protectors were put under chair and table legs to prevent indentions in the carpet. .I would definitely use them again.

. We had Leonard and his team from Serenity Floor Care clean our carpets in several rooms and upholstered furniture in the living room and we were very pleased with the completed job. In fact we had them come back a few weeks later and clean and seal the grout in our tile floors in the kitchen and laundry room. It looks like new again. After trying many cleaners and another service prior, I had almost given up on having the grout that clean again. It looks great. We are very pleased and highly recommend Leonard and his team. They were professional, polite, worked diligently and followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We will recommend them to our friends.

Warning: They wanted to add a lot of extras after I agreed to the work. Started cleaning the carpet and then told me it would be extra to move the furniture, but they wanted to charge the square foot of the whole room. Half the room was the bed. It took two trips to clear a area rug. The first time it had streaks when it dried.

Everything went great. He told me what all was involved on each procedure and what it would cost.

Everything went well, was quick and met our needs. This is the second time we have used Serenity.

The service was good. The technicians were professional and worked efficiently. They were not able to get out a stain from our puppy, but they told us that ahead of time.

They were courteous, answered all of our questions and performed their work with professionalism and efficiency. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very good. They were very thorough and easy to work with. They did a very good job. They were expensive but I thought it was worth it. The quality of their work was good.

They were very professional, very nice and did a great job. Explained everything to me and carpets still look good considering an old dog that has accidents.

when I bought my house there were several stains on the carpet and I didn't know what the stains were or how long they had been on the carpet. Serenity did a great job and said that even though the carpets looked clean sometimes stains will reappear in a few days but to just call them and they would return and clean the stains again until they were gone. The spots reappeared and Serenity came back and cleaned them two more times until the stains were gone. All of this with no hassle, very polite each time they made an appointment and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to my friends and would use them again.

I love them. This is the third year that I have used them. They are a full 5 stars. Their service was just so good, and my carpet looks like new. I paid an additional amount because of square footage. They brought a truck mounted cleaner. I found them on Angie's List, and I have used them ever since. They come in and they do it quickly. They brought in big fans, and put them in every room they cleaned. My floors were dry when they left. Their price is excellent. I have paid more for carpet cleaning. They call me to confirm an appointment and they call me when they are on their way.

It was a good experience overall. It just took a long time for it to dry. I might have them do another couch, I'm not sure. They were efficient and timely. I was pleased.
