The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. The staff was great at working with me. I really liked that they measured the house beforehand and only charged for the square footage I wanted covered. I also liked that when they offered additional services and I declined they did not try to talk me into it. They were able to clean entire house including the hallway and stairs. I was not home while they did the service, but they called and asked me some questions. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They were prompt and professional. One of the carpets needed restretching which they did. The also treated the carpets after cleaning to keep them from getting easily soiled. After the cleaning they followed up to see if we were satisfied. Overall a good experience

They were very nice young men. And they did a good job. The main guy was way too agressive in additional services/products. The price and the overall rating is solely because of the agressiveness. That's what ran my cost up.

The representatives arrived approximately 30-45 minutes early, but that was OK since they called me beforehand to make sure it was OK. The guys were professional, fast and thorough. I purchased the big deal which covered up to 800 square feet of carpet and since I only had 600 square feet of carpet to clean, I was given a credit, which I was pleased with. I did end up paying an additional $25 for pet pre-treatment which was well worth it. All in all, I was very satisfied with the cleaning. Initially I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet in the children's room as it was a BIG MESS! To my surprise, the cleaning has allowed me to put off that expense for a while which I am so pleased about! I would definitely recommend Serenity!

They arrived punctually and went right to work. They were very careful not to let my cats out. (whew). I don't ask them to move furniture - just hit the open areas, and it was far less than the 800 square feet on the Big Deal. I was told that the Big Deal didn't cover stairs, although I did not see that in the wording when I re-read it. He told me that they charged $3.50 per step, and for 26 steps, that would be $98 (including tax). I have used this company twice before and they never charged me for stairs either time. I'm not mad, but I think that should be made very clear in the Big Deal description. About the only thing I see that might cover this is where it says "Valid for up to 800 square feet; extra square footage can be cleaned for an additional fee", but I think they should spell out the charge for the stairs. They did a great job and were in and out of here in about an hour. I like it that they're small and locally owned and will continue to use them on Big Deals.

Provider called ahead of arrival with 30 minute lead time. Arrived early in the promised time range. He checked with us several times during the service to make sure he was satisfying us. Completed service in a reasonable time and results were very good.

Last week when Serenity workers came to clean my sofa, love seat, ottoman and loose pillows, they did an excellent job. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their attitude. Because of that, I phoned them to come clean and seal the grout in the extensive tile flooring in our house. It was a 5 hour job but workers, led by Leonard, did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to have tile grout cleaned and sealed, or upholstered furniture cleaned. I will definitely phone the

It was okay. We had them take care of our tile and grout. It took 2-3 hours with 4 techs. We had them work in the kitchen.

They did a fine job. They were right on time and got the carpets as clean as possible. This was a move-out cleaning. I would use them again if they offered the Deal. I didn’t see the work – just the end results.

The guys got a really good result. I used an angie's list deal and of course they tried to upsell me on several different pre&post treatment items but that's to be unexpected. Only bad part was my friend passed out drunk and p***** all over it the week after, such is life.

Leonard arrived on schedule and promptly assesed my heavily damaged carpet that Stanley Steemer had just refused to try at all. He and his worker pretreated, then steamed and extraceted several times; then treated my whole home with MicroBan. Thee carpet results were incredible! He was able to effectively eliminate 95% of the staining from the animal feces and left a fresh odor, so far no urine odors have returned. There was another area that had severe plant/sugar based organic staining and that area was completely disinfected and odor free; I did expect staining on this particular area but their service FAR exceeded what I expected!! Leonard was friendly and took extra time to explain the process step by step as he was working. I would use their service again and refer anyone to him, FIVE STAR***** would use again

They were prompt and courteous. The only problem I had with them was they did the vents for $150 and then he charged me $90 just to do the dryer vent. It only took him about 15 minutes to do the dryer vent. He charged me almost half what he did to do the other vents. He also wanted to do a spray in the air vents which I didn't do because I thought they would overcharge me for that. I was really upset because of what he charged me for the dryer vent. It was excessive for 15 minutes of work. They took a short cut on how they cleaned the vents. They take the vents loose and then retape them rather than going through the ducts. They go through the other end. He gouged me for the extra work they did. When I called originally about the dryer vent, he said that we would work it out. I was just unhappy with the pricing and I didn't like how they did business.

I was out of his area and he was booked out over a week. He was very nice and really tried to help me out.

Everything looked ok until they left. Pet stain reappeared in a couple of days.4I have a rent house next door as well. I called them this morning (6-25-14) because they advertise emergency services. A sewer line backed up and flooded some carpet. They said the next available date was July 2nd. They did offer to call me if there was a cancellation. Waiting a week for emergency services is not very good service.

The service was very good. They were cordial, on time, and professional. They got the work done and they did a great job on the spot cleaning as well. They were quick with the work.

My wife and I wanted to get our grout cleaned prior to moving into our recently purchased home. Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning is fully booked until the 26th of June, our move in date is the 13th of June. We need to remove all dirt and allergies for the sake of our two year old son. The crew was on time and very professional throughout the assessment and cleaning. The living room and 2 bedrooms were measured at 504 square feet (property records). All 3 rooms that had the off-white carpet had numerous pet stains on them. I was told that the stains may not be able to be lifted and that the cost for applying the pet stain treatment and doing 2 overstuffed chairs would be an extra $180.00 (in addition to the $150.00 I paid for through this site), leaving a total of $330.00 My issue is this: They did make a valid attempt at removing most of the stains, but oddly enough, only the older pet stains were able to be completely cleaned. There was no improvement in the newer pet stains. Another thing is that we kept a weight machine, a twin daybed and queen bed in their place and instructed them not to move those items. They did not move them, but still charged me for cleaning the carpet underneath them even though no cleaning was performed under those pieces of furniture.

It was average. They got the job done. The big deal got them in the door. We ended up spending several hundred more on what we really needed to have done. I don’t feel it was a 100% clear on what was included or what wasn’t included. It made sense when he described it, so I didn’t hold it against him. They did a good job. It was just that $99 turned into over $300. He got into the fact that the couch was too big in size for the deal. They were very responsive, and they called the same day. They came out the very next day. So it happened very quickly after I bought the deal. We are happy with what turned out, but it did turn out to be more expensive. The quality of work was fine. The speed at which it was done was good. They dealt with us right away and were able to come out right away. We weren't even in a hurry, but it happened in a hurry, so that was fairly nice. Their professionalism was fine. I would use them again.

Service was great. Guys showed up on time. Very professional. I left them at home while I ran errands. Work done was exactly what I expected.

Very through, detailed, prompt and courteous! They called me the day before the appointment to confirm and also let me know that an earlier time had become available if that were better for me - which it was. They called 20 minutes before arrival and explained the whole process and gave me a few tips. Also gave me a few quotes for other opportunities on floor cleaning and care. Will definitely use them again!

The servicemen from Serenity Floor Care call to let me know what time they would be arriving and they were very prompt. the 3 men were professional, clean dressed and went about placing small blocks of foam under the legs of furniture that normally would sit on the carpet to prevent them from taking in water from the wet areas. The only probley I encountered was the product that was applied to an area that my pets had accidentally used several times. The product was so strong that it actually made me feel ill. I called and they sent someone out the next morning to go over the area with plain water/steam to try and remove the product. I also went over the area with my home steam carpet cleaner using plain water. At times I can still detect the odor but its livable. I would use them again as I feel they were a cut above in resolving the situation.
