The service was great. I had filthy 20 year old carpet that needs to be replaced. We plan to replace the carpet in the next year or two, but the steam cleaning will help us get by until then. The steam cleaning removed all of the visible dirt and stains, so we are very pleased with the service.

They did a wonderful job. They were courteous and clean. This was the first time we've hired them. We had fans going and windows open so it took less than 24 hours to dry.

Very professional cleaning crew. Provided a quick estimate and explanation of charges and options in advance. They were able to get out a very prominent grease stain and pet stains in 2 different rooms. Went the extra mile in cleaning out the fireplace. Carpets were clean and smelled fresh in a little over an hour.

They were very responsive. Just couldn?t get our schedules to work, but nothing against them.

He arrives on time and if he can't make it he calls to let me know. They always leave the area clean . He is very professional and personable. They are consistent and every time they come I get the same quality of work.

The team did a great job! It wasn't easy to get the equipment in the house and up the stairs, but they did it. They had to do a color test first to determine the process that they would use to clean. The cleaning job was done quickly and professionally.

The crew arrived at the scheduled time and immediately got to work. They were very careful with my wood floors and were constantly cleaning up behind themselves as they went along. The grout in my kitchen and breakfast room is white (I bought the house that way) which is very difficult to keep clean. These guys pre-treated the area then went to work. The results is fabulous and my floors look awesome!

They did an absolutely wonderful job. They even helped us move the furniture off of the carpets. Cleaned the carpets throughout the house (4 rooms worth) and for a small additional fee, they cleaned our microfiber couches.

I got a coupon deal for $99 for 300 sq ft of grout cleaning. He did a great job, I will definitely do this again. I also paid for resealing of the grout in this area, which was more expensive than cleaning. Not sure it made much difference. I probably won't have them do this next time.

Did a great job on the couch & chair, it had been a long time since last cleaning.

Went great. Everyone was really nice and professional. They made a couple suggestions but were not pushy about additional services and such. I would use them again for sure. They were very punctual and the carpets all looked great after the cleaning.

Initially there was some confusion about the appointment, but once that was worked out at all went smoothly. I have used t;hem before and find them excellent in their work.

Excellent. First time we contract someone for carpet cleaning the entire second floor and master bedroom. Got a phone call 45 minutes before they showed up. I am very pleased with the service and the results.
