Went fine, nothing more to really tell.

Did not use and got refund because they would not be able to schedule service in less than 4 weeks.

The guys did a great job, were courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

it was easy to make the appointment and the staff member who scheduled the appointment was courteous, friendly and helpful. The technician called shortly before appointment time to confirm and let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he first checked out the square footage and we discussed issues with pet soiling. He answered all my questions then did a very thorough job cleaning the carpet. After finishing the job, the technician sent me the completed invoice plus a bid on cleaning my tile areas. I am very satisfied with the results and would certainly use the company's services again.

I had several contacts via email and by phone with the staff. They were excellent customer service representations. We talked about my concerns, they shared what the company could do, and then set up an appointment. Then the day before my appointment, a guy who said he was in charge of the stretching activities of the company called me. He proceeded to lecture me about how they won't come out and give me an estimate and if I could just answer a few questions for him he could give me a quote over the phone. Please note - my appointment was the end of the day on Thursday (the day before Good Friday). I couldn't help but wonder if it had been a different day if he would have come out to give me my estimate? After his 10 minute preamble on the phone about how I could change to make his life easier, better, etc. I stated that I was not interested and I would find another company to come and give me an estimate. I thanked him for his time and hung up. I am not an angry person - and I wasn't angry when I ended this call - I was more frustrated and sad that whomever owns this business doesn't know what this guy is doing to potential customers. And if the guy that does the stretching is the owner - then he should get out of the business or leave the customer conversations to the young ladies that had represented the company well. Believe it or not, he actually called me back after a few minutes - not to apologize but to state his case again about what I could do to make his life easier...answer questions, provide him exact measurements, etc. I told him that that was not my job! I was the customer - he was the potential service provider. There are lots of firms out there that clean and stretch carpets. I would NOT contact this group. This would have been F's all around except for the ladies I spoke with in the beginning. Ladies, if you are reading this - maybe you should take your talents elsewhere as the odds are if he treats a potential customer this way - he is really terrible with employees!

I ordered a $149 carpet cleaning on 4/2/15, and provided 3 date alternatives the following week (4/7, 4/8, 4/9), as requested by Angie's List. Serenity messaged us almost immediately and requested us to call and set up an appointment. They did not return 3 calls with voicemails for several hours. Eventually, someone from Serenity called to say that they were unable to provide service on any of the three alternatives requested, and needed at least 2 weeks notice because they are usually "fully booked 2 weeks in advance". When we asked when they could do it, they provided *ONE* potential date: April 16, with a "take it or leave it" attitude. In a business as customer-focused as carpet cleaning, it is surprising and disappointing that Serenity would hire someone with low people skills to deal with customer issues. The result: Serenity tells you to go scratch your own itch, and wastes more of your day while you call back Angie's List to request a refund and search for an alternative service provider. What a lousy experience.

Leonard was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was a delight to work with. Pet stains were abounding in one room and they were able to pinpoint, pre-treat, and do extra cleaning in these areas. I was advised and had the choice to seal all carpets, but was not at all pressured to purchase for an additional fee. I chose to do so, so my cost went up, but willingly so. I feel as if I definitely got my money's worth and that the cleaning investment will last for many more years. I was able to get estimates for future jobs, including tile and grout cleaning, sealing and additional persian rug cleanings. Again, no pressure to purchase and a future discount was offered. After a month or so, I begin to notice the pet stains reoccurring. Without a hesitation, Serenity Carpet stood behind their work and did not question me. (I had to reschedule several times because of my ever-changing work schedule, and Samantha was a pleasure to work with and gladly found dates that worked for my schedule.) They came back to re-treat, and clean the carpets - and I am completely satisfied. (I knew that this particular room was a challenge, and they excelled in removing the stains.) Again, I was treated with courteousness and professionalism from Leonard and his team. I decided to go ahead and have my kitchen tile and grout cleaned during this second visit, and am absolutely satisfied. The whole room looks brighter and cleaner after cleaning the grout. I chose to seal the grout for an additional fee but without any pressure. I would highly recommend this amazing company because of the great work ethic, the beautiful end result, but above all, because of the courteous, knowledgeable and professional staff that make up this company. Upon ordering carpet cleaning service I was informed the next available appointment was a month away. I doubt the service they provide is worth waiting a month. I decided to request a refund and contact another company who is available to actually do the work in a reasonable time frame.

Billy and Pete were punctual and courteous. They took their time and put in a lot of effort. They were working with stained light colored carpet, and it looked beautiful when they were done.

This is the second time that I had used serenity carpet care and upholstery cleaning. The first time was for carpet cleaning. The second time was to get the grout lines cleaned and sealed. Both times the technicians were prompt and on time wIth their arrival. They explained the service that was going to be provided, what was going to be used to complete the service and I was provided an accurate timeline as to how long it was going to take. With each visit, the technicians were professional, courteous and focused on the task at hand. I've used Serenity twice and I will use them again if and when additional service is needed.

They originally didn't have an opening immediately and I wanted my carpets done before spring break. They called me back the same day and agreed to do them the same afternoon. They were prompt , professional and did a great job. They gave me a quote for the upstairs which I will have done later in the spring and called me back a few days later to make sure I was happy with the work. What's not to like....

Leonard and Billy did an excellent job, nothing negative to say. They were on time, quick with the work, thorough, knowledgeable and their equipment seemed first-rate. We paid extra for stairs and pre-treating for pet stains, but those costs were explained to me on the phone when I made the appointment. I appreciate that there were no surprises. The cleaning process ended with "steam" extraction and the carpets seemed perfectly dry in about 4 hours. Great job!

It was wonderful. They did a good job. I am pleased with them. I really liked them a lot. They were here when they said they were going to be here.

Serenity contacted me within 24 hours to schedule me carpet cleaning and worked with me until a date was agreed upon. They sent an email to remind me the day before and the technician called when in route. Our carpet was installed in 2009 and was heavily soiled and stained. Pet urine was the worst. They arrived on time and all 3 worked non stop paying even more attention then I expected You don't see this type of dedication very often. The carpet looked great, the house smelled wonderful and these guys were professional and polite. I was taken back a bit by the price but if you look at the job that was done, I surly can't complain. And won't! Thank you Lenard, your crew and the girls who were so helpful on the phones. You guys never dropped the ball!

The service turned out fine. It was good. There were no problems in scheduling an appointment. There were no additional costs to the $150 Big Deal cost. If anything the cost maybe $200, it was not that expensive. I would recommend them. I do not remember having any issues with them.

Serenity is awesome! They were quick to come out after scheduling, quick and effective during the cleaning and so reasonably priced. AND, bonus!, they were super nice. Love a happy contractor. Did a great job. I highly recommend.

The technicians were courteous and seemed knew what needed to be done. I was hoping that they would be able to clean the grout better, but they explained that since it wasn't sealed it would not be possible... Lesson learned. Would use them again for carpet cleaning, but probably not for tile/grout work.

Everything turned out very well. They did a pretty good job. Two men came to my home and they cleaned my carpet. It is like an area carpet. There were additional charges on top of the $99 Big Deal because they asked me if I wanted to get Scotchgarding on it so I did do that. I think I paid an extra $30. They were very polite and they were very concerned about whether they could get it clean or not. They were just good people.

They were here punctually. They got the carpets really clean. There was one guy here doing the work and he was really nice.

Prompt, Honest, professional, educated, and helpful... I would highlty recommend for all cleaning services. They even tested my travertine entry to make sure it was sealed propertly. They offer a service to clean and seal tile and natural stone, and I assumed it was just an upsell but they tested the natrual stone and found it to be properly sealed and did not recommend the service - which is a level of honestly you generall do not find with these types of companies.
