Serenity Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

I purchased a cleaning deal on the app Sunday night and had a voice mail to schedule first thing Monday morning. They had a cancellation that afternoon and even arrived earlier. The crew was informed and very efficient and polite.

They were very professional and excellent work done and explained what they were doing very well. I've already booked another appointment with them for sealing the entire area where I have just installed new tiles.

Arrived on time, performed the work professionally, and recommended proper ways to keep the carpets cleaner. I'd recommend their services fully.

All they did was specialize on the floor. They couldn't do the wall. I was expecting the walls to be done too. They did a good job on what they cleaned.

Awesome. The guys arrived before they were scheduled, they called first, walked the house, told me about the service I purchased, services they offered and how to maintain once cleaned. They were super friendly, even nice to my two year old who was all over the place. I knew the carpet needed some cleaning, but I thought the laminate was pretty. I was wrong. It feels great to know that my family will be moving to a house with clean floors. That peace of kind was well work the added expense.

Hired them to come clean a bad red wine spill. They gave a price to clean and seal of my oriental rugs. They salvaged the one with the wine spill and did a good job on all the other rugs.

We contacted Serenity to clean the carpet. During the visit they recommended tile cleaning and sealing. First, you should know there is a big difference between using Serenity and those national chains. Stanley Steamer came out last time and left a sticky residue. Serenity's method and equipment were first class. Fast drying and cleaning feeling carpet after the service. They wore protection on their shoes to keep the area clean and paid attention to detail. What impressed me was the responsiveness. The tile work wasn't right the first time. Serenity had a great attitude and very quick to response to my questions and request to correct the issue. To me its most important to know a company is will to stand behind there work and do what it takes to make it right. I am a life-ling customer. Thanks for the great work!.

Very positive experience. This is the best and only floor cleaning service I will use. Clay, Leonard and the team are professional, detail oriented and thorough in their work. When they leave the carpet and kitchen tile looks new. They are able to remove even the toughest spots and help trouble shoot permanent stains (bleach spots). Working with Leonard is a real pleasure. He is personable, organized and punctual. It's difficult to adequately express how positive my two experiences have been with this company.

I am happy with the quality of the work, but had planned on only paying maybe $150 over the coupon price of $150 due to extra square footage. The team came in immediately set on upcharges - they were talking about the tile floors before they even looked at the carpet. They talked me into the carpet sealant and the tile floors, which to be honest really needed cleaning, and tried to sell me on cleaning my area rugs that were nearly new. Like I said, the work was good quality, but I ended up paying a lot more than I originally thought.

Excellent! They were in an out of my 1300 sq ft home in an hour; beautiful results; had pet stains...light gray carpets almost look new!!

My first observation is that they cleaned the dark brown carpet on the upper floor very quickly considering that it was approximately 1200 sq. ft. and took less than 30 minutes. The second area was the master bedroom and closet with a light colored carpet and heavy stained traffic areas at the entrances. The carpet is very high quality stain master carpet; however, they did not get the soiling out of the carpet. I've used other carpet cleaning services who were able to get the area clean. The last was an oriental area rug. They charged me $35 to move a coffee table, albeit a granite top coffee table. I helped and we only moved it 10 feet and it took less than five minutes. The in place cleaning of the area rug was completely unsatisfactory. At first, they just went over it one time and it was still quite soiled. I had to ask them to go over it twice more, which made a 100% difference, but they seemed unwilling to continue to work the area. All told, I purchased a package from Angie's list for $149 for carpet cleaning, which ended up being $125 more for an additional square footage. I wasn't aware of the additional charge until they finished. I paid $179 for the area run cleaning. And $35 to move a table. In fairness to them, I did not complain directly to them because honestly, I just moved on. Angie's list prompted me for a review, so I'm addressing it here. I'm hopeful that I will get a return call and have a second attempt to address the inadequate cleaning.

The workers showed up on time and were dressed professionally. They explained the process and worked very quickly. Excellent job - they took care of some pee stains left by my little dog and the carpet looks and smells great!

Well it's never cheap when you clean the carpet but this was the best carpet cleaning I've ever gotten. They were punctual and carpet dried quickly. I would use them again.

Very well run operation. I was first scheduled three weeks out, then through a couple of cancellations of others' appointments they were able to get to us within a few days. Called a half hour before arrival, as promised! The whole process was thoroughly explained, as we were concerned about the moisture on our old hardwood floors. They also gave recommendations on what type of pads to use, as those "waffle weave" pads can damage wood flooring. Thanks! The rugs came out great, and there's a clean, fresh smell in our home.

They were great! They were very polite. Leonard called before they arrived and gave me an ETA, and they came right on time. I had 2 rooms that were full of stuff, so Leonard and the gentleman with him cleared it out for me. Leonard was very knowledgeable on the best choices for longevity and cleanliness with my carpets. They also steamed and treated with Scotchgard my upholstered sectionals, which ended up helping a lot as children were all over it the next day for a babyshower. It was a lifesaver! Although I understand that the pricing is dependent on sq. footage and material, it was a little bit pricey for me as I was only expecting my floors to be cleaned. It was definitely worth it though as I hope that this lasts for awhile. Leonard and his partner were awesome though, I definitely recommend and plan to use them in the future!

They arrived on time and immediately began cleaning the rugs I showed them and then proceeded to clean and seal my grout in my kitchen and laundry room tile.
