It did not go at all!

First scheduled a visit for an estimate for 05/08/10 (3:00 pm); about 30 minutes before the appointed time, Art Villanueva called to reschedule because he was running late that day. I understood that the visit was rescheduled for 05/09/12 (9:30 am); when Art had not arrived by that time, I called him, and he said that he thought that the visit had been rescheduled for some other day. Finally, Art kept an appointment on 05/10/12 (1:30 pm); he took the measurements needed to prepare an estimate, saying that I should receive an estimate in 3-4 days. On 05/14/12, I called Art asking about the estimate, which I had not yet received; he promised that I would have it by the end of that day. I finally received the estimate on 05/16/12, following another phone call to Art. The estimate was higher than those of other providers, so I awarded the job to another company. My experience was unexpected because the other reviews of Saneva on Angie's List almost universally praised Saneva for promptness and responsiveness. Thus, I was disappointed by the rescheduling that was needed. In addition, it took much longer to receive an estimate from Saneva than from other providers--I even received an estimate from a company that visited on 05/13/12 before I received Saneva's estimate. Based on other reviews of Saneva, I would still consider using Saneva for future work, with the hope that my experience was atypical.

they quoted promptly. Performed exactly to quote and were ready to provide services same week as quote provided. they showed up on time, concisely explained what i should expect in their work and the permit process. they came by after the work was completed to confirm my satisfaction

Communication was great throughout the project, from the initial estimate through consruction. They were professional, considered all aspects of the job. Example: Traffic control with the concrete trucks blocking the road during the pour. I'm very pleased with the experience.

I had Saneva Construction remove my old cracked driveway and install a brand new concrete drive, new walk ways, and pavers around the side of the house. They were an amazing company to work with for our project and everything turned out just like we expected. The finish work on all the surfaces were just like we were hoping for and I would definitely consider them an option for your home concrete project.

The project went very smoothly. Art visited my house right on my schedule and had a quote to me about 24 hours after we selected the pave stones that we wanted to use. There was a slight delay in the project due to an error that was out of their control but the communication was excellent. Start to finish, they were on my property for most of three days completing the project plus a fourth day to make sure everything was cleaned up exceptionally well. Would 100% recommend them and use them again.
