Root Wall Pro

I was faced with the expense of having piers placed in and around my home for the 3rd time. Instead, I decided to try something different because it just made so much sense. I found that Gary Anderson (owner) is very professional, personable and seems to genuinely care for his customers. The crew installed two root barriers and a watering system around my home in approximately two actual work days with no disruption in the interior. They did an excellent job cleaning up. After about two months, my house began to shift back in to place. The cracks in the sheetrock were closing. I was truly amazed at the results. The watering system is different than anything I have ever seen. It operates with sensors - very intricate and detailed. Gary has been back twice within the last year to check on the system. This is an excellent company.

I didn't choose them because they were more expensive then the other place that we went out. They came out to give us a quote and they didn't' come out at the right time. They were doing more than we wanted them to do. They spent a lot of time explaining things to me, and they were talking about all the stuff that we didn't want. They didn't send me the estimate until I asked them for it, and they were here before they were supposed to be. They were professional.

My neighbor's oak tree roots were causing my house to have foundation problems. Root Wall Pro installed a root barrier to prevent roots from this tree from coming onto my property and causing further foundation problems. Gary Anderson and his crew were very professional and prompt. I would certainly use them again and have recommended them to others.

Everything went great and it is working really well. The only problem is that the crew did not clean up very well. There was mud everywhere and dead grass. I found 3 razor blades in my yard. Other than that, the service was excellent. I spoke with Gary about this. He was very apologetic. I was compensated for my time and effort of cleaning up after them. We were given a giftcard for our efforts.
